Where do I even start! The facility is beautiful, the staff is super professional and courteous and very caring. They listen to you! Can’t express how welcomed I felt and how I felt they heard what my concerns were and addressed giving me comfort in treatment. I have had 3 sessions with the Sciton laser and 3 treatments sessions with the BBL Radio-frequency wand which have taken years off of my face. I look less tired and skin looks very even in tone. I do not have to wear makeup if I don’t want to now! Luke and Chris are just incredible to work with. I highly recommend this place to anyone who’s wanting to look younger and wants to take better care of their skin. My next thing I want done there is body sculpting!!

Love Love Love! I usually have really bad acne and I got off my acne medication’s to try the laser and the Zo skin care. I was nervous at first to do it, but there is a big difference in drugstore and medical grade skin care. Staff is amazing and helpful to get your goals.

After a nutty, exhausting year, I read between the lines (on my face) and made a great decision to be nice to myself -- in this case, I've had two sessions at Mediterra with the Sciton BBL and BTL Exion. Just from those experiences, I can state that the environment is welcoming, everyone is professional yet still down-to-earth, and as for the aforementioned face -- my skin is happier, I'm more refreshed, and the character lines appear more subtle. That's a win! Regarding the business itself: it's one thing to have good customer service, which is certainly true at Mediterra, but to have a genuine enjoyment and sense of purpose for what they do -- even outright exuberance -- speaks volumes. And clearly, they're just warming up.

The atmosphere is serene, and quite luxurious. I am super pleased with the results I received after microneedling and various other services provided for me, and can't wait to go back.
