Elite Electrolysis

Jodi is the absolute best at what she does (Thermolysis). She takes the time and care to figure out your individual needs. She is so friendly and makes you feel comfortable throughout the process. I only wish that I came to her sooner. She uses the top of the line equipment; the APILUS | XCELL which has a timer, touch screen and keeps track of hairs removed. It also includes a roller which goes over the area being treated while the client holds the metal rod for conductivity and performs galvanic current post treatment to help with healing and swelling. Can be difficult getting an appointment due to her website scheduling restraints and only booking 2 weeks out, but once you learn the system getting an appointment becomes much easier. ***update*** after a year of seeing Jodi, I could not have asked for better results. I'm down to seeing her for 15 minutes and hopefully once a year, so glad I decided try electrolysis.

I was initially really hopeful about going to Elite Electrolysis after reading all the great reviews and checking out the website. For context, I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2023 and have been dealing with the difficult symptoms that come with it—irregular cycles, excessive hair growth, and bloodwork that clearly supports my diagnosis. Multiple medical professionals, including my OBGYN and infertility specialists, have confirmed this diagnosis. I was looking forward to speaking with Jodi on the phone to learn more about electrolysis as a possible way to manage some of the facial hair growth that’s been impacting my confidence. Unfortunately, the experience I had was completely inappropriate and really upsetting. Jodi spoke down to me, used a condescending tone, and repeatedly called me “kid,” which felt incredibly dismissive. She even questioned whether I truly had PCOS and suggested I see an endocrinologist—despite the fact that I’ve already been thoroughly evaluated by several qualified doctors. After everything I’ve been through to get this diagnosis and manage my symptoms, having someone in a professional setting question it so flippantly was deeply hurtful. She also asked if I was overweight. I told her I’m not, and explained that PCOS is a spectrum—people experience it in many different ways, and weight isn’t always a factor. Still, it felt like she didn’t take that seriously either. PCOS is already an exhausting and emotional journey for so many of us. The last thing we need is to be treated with skepticism or judgment by people we’re going to for help. I would not recommend this business—especially to others with PCOS.

Jodi is an absolute angel and heaven sent. Without her, I wouldn’t have been able to regain the confidence I had before the unwanted hair growth began to take over my life. She’s knowledgeable, passionate and dedicated to her work. Plus, I enjoy our conversations! She’s funny, empathetic and a total sweetheart, which makes the electrolysis process feel less daunting and more approachable. Literally the best electrologist we have in the state. ❤️

I cannot express how much I love Jodi!! Today was my 1st visit... it took 2 months to get in and boy was it worth it. I have had electrolysis since the year 1997. I have never had someone so professional and so SKILLED work on me.. she takes the time to educate you. It was virtually pain free compared to the other people i have been to. Her skills are THE BOMB! I cannot recommend her enough... I will be shouting from the rooftops! Can't wait to go back! Not to mention she is a joy and hilarious...and her mascot is pretty darn awesome too...

[I have not been paid or compensated for this review. This is my personal opinion.] Always such a good experience. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Jodi Pacheco is a very experienced electrologist and it shows in how skilled she is at her job. On top of that, she put me at ease immediately during the initial consultation. The facility is clean and organized, with a feeling like a slightly more casual doctor's office. She always follows up with me about the previous treatment at each new appointment to make sure there are no problems, and I have never had any complications from my treatments. I truly can't say enough good things about it. I am only partway finished in my treatments (it can take a while depending on how much hair you want removed) and I can see the results after each treatment. If you've got some hair you want GONE forever don't waste time with other methods, electrolysis is the only way to go for truly permanent hair removal!
