I loved the place and Greter did an amazing 👏 work on my brows. I love my lamination results.

I got my mom a microblading service here in December of last year. When it was time for her appointment my mom was asked to wait for a few hours because the client in front of her was late and came from Santa Fe. My mom politely accepted waiting. During this service they told her that her touch up would be free because of the wait and her touch up appointment was scheduled. They had told her at 3. The day of her appointment I got two emails, that the appointment was at 11, and then then rescheduled to 12. I called the establishment multiple times. To my surprise there was no response. I reached out via Instagram. Where I did not receive a response for a few days. She then reached out via phone number. Once I responded, there has no been response. I believe this to be very unprofessional. If there was some type of communication I would understand. However I can no longer expect that from this establishment.

Highly recommended!!! I’m so happy with my new eyebrows. It was such a nice experience, she explained very well all my doubts and the whole process. She’s very professional! I would dare to say , she’s the best!!
