The Lash Lounge

I wanted to get a lash lift and tint before an international trip. This was my first time ever having a lift done. My left eye eyelashes came out perfect! My right eye, on the other hand, is just freaking awful! The lashes are permed at a 90-degree angle upward and bend into the fold of my eyelid... Needless to say, they look ridiculous and uneven. I'm extremely displeased with the results and shocked that I paid so much money to have one of my sets of eyelashes completely messed up. I'm just waiting for them to grow out at this point and hoping they at least grow back normal. I really wanted to be able to give a good review, but I honestly had a terrible experience and my lashes look just awful.

Appointment picker did not give a clear choice to avoid a trainee stylist, who took 40 min longer than the scheduled appointment time to (very painfully) produce a poor result with large globs of adhesive that made it hurt to blink. When I asked the salon to make it right, I was told removal costs an additional $49. I understand not offering a free redo given that a trainee stylist is still learning, but you ought to take responsibility for removing botched work. Edit in response to the reply: I did not take screenshots during the booking so I have no proof, but the booking system certainly did NOT make it clear that it would be a trainee stylist, or a 150min appointment. I don't blame the trainee for my bad experience. She should have been given more support and oversight. If you also have a bad experience here, I'd suggest going to Isla Lash for a more reasonably priced and generally competent removal.

This place is for the lash-addicts! This place is fairly new but I’ve had a great experience. The front desk staff Jenny was available to answer any questions for you. They’re also happy to reschedule with no fees if you give more than 24 hour notice. I had my lashes done with monet. She was very patient. My lashes looked so natural! The selling point of this place is the membership- you don’t have to think twice. When you sign up you know you’ll be taken care of!

Reanne did an amazing job!! She has a great attention to detail and great at communicating each step she was doing on my eyelashes and eyebrows. She is also really friendly! I’ll be booking her next time!

I spent 175?ish on Thursday at 2:00. It is Monday and 90% of my lashes have fallen off. I do not rub my eyes, I sleep with an eye mask. I've never had my lashes last less than 2 weeks. Maybe bad batch of glue? Thoroughly disappointed and feel cheated.
