I absolutely love this place! Especially on those days you wake up and not feeling up to par. You can call and get a same day appointment. Not like the other big places that are booked out months on end. The staff is super friendly. You can tell they put hard work into providing a great massage. I’m appreciative of their flexibility, consistency and overall performance any time I come in for a massage. Keep up the great work!!

Excellent job at this place staff is fantastic. Just a word of note to people who want to talk at full volume the walls only go up to 5/6ths of the way so everyone hears EVERYTHING you say. Its hilarious when people snore, but really this is not the place to take a phone call in the treatment room. Also, if you are male and your therapist is female the curtain will remain half open, I assume this is for everyone's safety. Go find other places if you have any thought to asking them to close it. This is a legit place and everyone needs to be safe and not sketchy.

I came in to the store at 2:55 pm and I told the lady I wanted the #7: Foot and body combination massage for 75 minutes. I went to the back and by the time I got on the table it was 3:00pm and throughout the massage she was very harsh. I told her to do it softer because it just hurt. I was in pain throughout the entire massage and couldn’t really relax without wincing in pain. She tapped me and said she was done at 4:00pm. I got up and changed and went to the front. They still charged me the $75 price despite only her massaging me for 60 minutes. I told them that it was only for 60 minutes but they are charging me full price. They tried to show me the “timestamp” they wrote down but the times were wrong. They wrote I got there at 2:50 and rounded it off at 4:10, and I showed them my phone which said 4:04pm. They had my card already and swiped without adjusting the price and argued with me saying I was wrong. I had no choice but to take my receipt and go, they were very rude. I got cheated out of 15 minutes of massage time and had to be charged full price. Ridiculous. Never going back.

Andy did a great job on me. He took his time and was very thorough. I would come here again. Very polite too. I did the 2 hrs massage for 120. He used hot stones on me also.

This was my first time going. I took my daughter with me. We shared a room so that we could get massages together. My lady started me on time, however, my daughter didn't get started until about 10 minutes in. I got the hot stone treatment but my daughter didn't, they just skipped it on her. So now I'm upset because my daughter missed out on the full experience and was shorted time on her massage and no hot stones. Mind you, the hot stone was the best part of my massage so I was super bummed they chose not to do it on her. When we were getting ready to pay, I mentioned that they didn't do the full services on my daughter and they said it's ok, we'll give you $10 off next visit. I explained that no, I want the $10 off for this visit since we didn't get the full service. They gave me a hard time about it. We both also did not receive the walk on back service that was supposedly part of my fee. They were nice but seemed a little unprofessional at the end and I didn't like that the two of them kept whispering during my massage. It took away from the quietness. I don't think I'll be back just because it was more than one thing that upset me but the part of the massage I did get, I enjoyed. I'm just upset this was my daughter's first massage and they chose not to do what I paid for.
