The store owner is very professional, honest, sincere, and thoughtful. She would go extra miles to ensure the customer is happy with the service provided there, from massage to skin care. I can see she is very kind and warm hearted. The place is very clean. I would say this is one of the top good quality massage places in town in ABQ. My father has some back pain and neck pain. her massage skills have helped my father get better. My father speaks very highly of her skills and her professionalism. If you are looking for a good massage service, I highly recommend this place for couple session, and also individual session.

Incredible service. A clean and serene environment. Professional but very friendly. My boyfriend and I went for an hour couples massage and time flew by. It was nice being in the same room and being able to talk and laugh with him and our massage therapists joined in with conversation and laughs. The hot stones are so soothing and they rub your legs with them too and that was out of this world. My first ever massage and I’ll definitely be going back. Thank you Serenity!

I’ve had massages in China, Thailand, and Malaysia, and this was honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had in the U.S. The therapist was gentle yet incredibly strong and precise. My shoulders and upper back were very tight from stress, and after a one-hour deep tissue session, I felt truly relaxed and relieved. Their hot stone massage was especially impressive — not just placing stones on the body, but using them skillfully to massage and release deep tension with great care and patience. The owner is kind, professional, and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. My husband and I booked a last minute couples massage for Valentine's Day. The ladies were so nice and really worked the knot out. The environment is very calm and relaxing. Plus, the price was amazingly affordable. It was a great experience. Will definitely come back again and spread the word to others.

This place is very welcoming , room and linen was clean. Everyone is friendly and nice. It was my first visit to Serenity massage SPA and I will definitely come back many times, Emy gave me the best massage, 90 minutes of pure joy and happiness. 5 stars!
