Bunkhouse Massage

It was great being able to get in the same day, and the location was close to my house. The ladies were friendly at first. I went for a massage with my friend who was visiting from out of town and it was their first experience. I wanted it to go super well, and it was going well until the end. The lady who did my friend's massage was very sweet. The lady who did my massage was the person who was taking the payment. I paid in cash planning to use my change and the extra money I had in my pocket to give as a tip. After giving her money, I was waiting for her to give me my change back and she kept looking at me like she was expecting me to pay more. I asked if that was the amount, and she asked "how much are you paying for tip?". I always tip my masseuses and I would like to think I tip them well, but when she asked me that I felt very awkward. I usually go to another Asian massage parlor across town, and they have never asked me that. I was telling her I need my change so I can give them the appropriate tip to split between themselves. She refused to give me my change back, so I was only able to give them what I had, which was $10. The lady tried to make me and my friend feel bad for "only giving $10 tip for two people", but if she had done the math and given me my change it would have been more money for each person. It was a VERY awkward experience, and I honestly have not been able to recommend this place or go back there again. I absolutely HATE giving bad reviews, but its been a while but its been sitting with me and my friend. Seeing other people have a similar experience made me feel a little better knowing that it wasn't just us.

I had the most incredible massage experience here! Yuyu (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly!) was absolutely amazing. I have never had a massage like this before. She really took her time and paid attention to every detail. I told her my hand had been hurting from a knot I’ve had recently, and she focused on it with so much care and precision. She stretched me out, gently twisted and realigned my body, and worked through tension I didn’t even realize I was carrying. I left feeling relaxed, lighter, and genuinely happy. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and their healing. I will definitely be coming back!

Great place! Susan and Lili were amazing. The pricing is phenomenal for what you get also, 2, hour long massages for $120. I asked for the deep tissue massage and my spouse got a medium massage. They were very attentive, what traditional places use as add ons, they have as part of the service. Face, feet, hot stone, water during the massage, climbing on the table and flexing your body, etc. I highly recommend and will be coming back!

Went for a early bday present for wife. They were amazing the Two ladies we had were perfect, an asked before they started medium or hard an before they pulled out the hot stones asked if it was OK I loved that, cause I'm sensitive at first to touch then after I'm 👍.. we will be going back. Atmosphere was welcoming an home like loved it. Experience was very nice being our first time they were literally waiting for us to get down an enter an was promptly checked in an greeted very professional but yet felt like I was at my families home.. Price is best in town for what you get 💯 👌 🙌

We were only in town for a short time, and were looking for a massage the same day. Probably should have been a red flag that we were able to get in. The man who booked my couples massage with my daughter spoke perfect English, however... once we arrived we were greeted by a smiling woman who spoke NO ENGLISH. We were ushered into a back room with two beds, kind of shabby and not very clean. Because, once again, no one SPEAKS ENGLISH, we received no instructions. Luckily we knew what to do. The woman massaging me asked if I wanted a hard or medium massage and I told her medium. Boy... was it anything BUT. The woman actually was on top of the bed and was working out my knots with her elbow, using the full weight of her body. My daughter had the same experience. Then... woah! Hot substance on my skin with no warning. Probably because of the language barrier. Still, would have been nice to be warned. Also got some karate chops without warning and basically felt like I was tense and waiting for the next blow the entire time. We weren't even sure when to turn over so my daughter's person lifted her head and made her look at me to show her to turn over. I get massages all the time, and this place lacked professionalism and privacy. Doors were left open while we were on the table, and they never asked how we wanted to be touched. But fairly certain they wouldn't have understood what we said anyway. And, finally, at the end they do not take cards, only CASH. But surprise, there is an ATM located in the lobby. My daughter and I were almost laughing at this point. Her therapist was nice and smiled a lot, but also asked for a tip at the end- the only time language was not a barrier. So... if you seek a professional massage, avoid this place. If you want to get in on the fly and don't care if they understand anything you have to say and carry wads of cash, this is the spot for you!
