GREAT FOR A FIRST EXPERIENCE! For piercers, I vouch for Billy/Bobby Got a bellybutton piercing from Billy bro is awesome. Very professional literally only took I think a minute for the entire thing. The only thing that actually hurt a little was him screwing on the jewelry. I will be back for more piercings in the future :)

been going here for years especially for Billy, i came in around 5pm to get some jewelry yesterday and the bigger girl with longer hair asked me if she could help, i told her i needed which was the piece of jewelry then she goes on to say, “okay! let me know if you need anything!” and i told her i know what i need already i dont need time to look, and usually the workers will come help me pick out jewelry or let me look closer but she just wanted to go back to talking with her coworkers ig, she then started making rude little faces and giving a rude attitude because i didn’t need time to look and i already knew what i needed waking in?? i just told you that ?? and every time i asked her for something too she was just so rude and kept making faces ! i picked out the jewelry she then rudely asked if i needed anything else. i told her “maybe stop with the attitude please” because i was just done with it she then tried to deny me and my husband service !! like what! ridiculous !? the manager stepped in because my husband was clearly upset about the service and the manager started saying to stop confronting this person because she’s a minor. i don’t care if she’s a minor!! she is very unprofessional and rude!! don’t have an mean attitude and treat customers poorly in a professional setting if you don’t want to be confronted about it!! the daytime workers are always great but every time i go in the evening the newer people are always so rude :/ thankfully the manager didn’t deny us service and the transaction when smoothly without that other girl!

Very professional and kind! Billy was our piercer and we came in early to get our name on the list. He was talkative and made sure I liked the placement of the eyebrow piercing.

Kiki pierced my daughter’s ears for her 7th birthday today. My daughter loved her and she is happy with her piercings! The entire staff is super friendly and helpful. I recommend not just for piercings but shopping as well, they have a lot of cool brands, even their own, and a lot of unique gear for everyone. Thank you!

I went to get my first tattoo today and the artist, Matt, did not give a good impression and failed to meet any standard. He was short and rude from the beginning. I showed him the picture of what I wanted (a small sunflower) and after waiting a while, he finally took me to the booth and free handed the flower onto my arm, upside down! The end result was horrible and I will never go back there for future tattoos nor will I suggest him or the shop to anyone. I am extremely disappointed. The tattoo looks fake, absolutely nothing to what I wanted.
