I had a really good experience here. I went in interested in sports recovery and did the lymphatic compression session with the pants followed by the jacket. Both were very relaxing and something I would definitely try again. I was thankful to be able to use ClassPass and after looking up the cost of these devices, the full price makes a lot of sense and feels reasonable. Chioma was kind and attentive. I also appreciated her intention to educate clients on the services and how they work for each person. The intake was thoughtful and detailed, including preferences like water temperature, a small detail that stood out to me. I also enjoyed connecting with her as a fellow nurse. The care, attention to detail, and desire to educate are clearly there. Even with a lot going on in my life, it is hard to notice big results right away, but I left feeling calmer and glad I booked. The clinic aesthetic definitely added to that sense of relaxation. It's definitely worth checking out if you are looking for a relaxing wellness service and want to support a Black woman owned small business.

I walked in feeling heavy and tense and walked out feeling released, relaxed, and reset like my nervous system finally exhaled. The lymphatic drainage session was deeply soothing, intentional, and incredibly grounding. My body felt lighter, my mind was calm, and I could literally feel the stagnant energy move and clear. Highly recommend!!

This was unlike any other body treatment I have ever received. I was able to do a treatment with the full body jacket. The upper body is done separately from the lower body, and it felt amazing. It was a lymphatic drainage treatment, but it engaged the whole body with a suit which squeezes and helps you to drain lymph. The owner of the business is really kind and knowledgeable and made the experience so nurturing and wonderful. This is great if you are needing to drain lymph and who doesn’t need that—it’s also great to just feel relaxed. I felt very relaxed afterwards and alive in my body. High recommend!!
