I had a very positive experience with my plastic surgery procedure. From the very beginning, my physician was thorough, attentive, and truly took the time to understand exactly what I was hoping to achieve. I felt heard during every consultation, and all of my questions and concerns were addressed with care and professionalism. Throughout the entire process, my needs were consistently met, and I always felt supported by both my doctor and the staff. Although I did experience a minor infection during recovery, it was identified very quickly and treated right away. I appreciated how proactive and responsive the team was, which gave me peace of mind and confidence in my care.

Sono Bello has been such an amazing experience. From the first day, I got there for my consultation. Angie was very informative and kind hearted then on the day of my surgery Dr. Johnson and my nurse Megan in the OR were so inviting and comfortable. This is the first time I've ever went to a surgery, not worrying about anything. my follow up appointment was just as great with my nurse Sierrah, She answered all my questions and was very informative and also kind and welcoming. I had called to ask some questions and Maria was amazing and Got everything taken care of for me And was so kind thank you Sono Bello!!!!!!

What a way to lower your self confidence. I haven't even received communication from after my consultation because I'm assuming Sono Bello believes I can't afford my 14k consultation. I was told there would be no hard credit checks to see if I qualify for assistance which there was. Waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment. I would recommend looking at other options for liposuction and fat removal. Feel like I was treated poorly because I didn't qualify for the procedure day of and knocked my credit score down for no follow up 🤷 👎

I had an appointment with Angie at Sono Bello she was excellent and very professional she was so easy to talk too regarding a personal issue like your body and what you dont like about it. She makes you feel like your talking to a very good friend. I recommend her highly if you want a consultant Angie makes you feel at ease. My experience was great because of Angie.

BEWARE! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! DO NOT TRUST THEM. Terribly painful procedure, dangerous post-care (lack thereof), minimal and Frankenstein results, prices change without notice, appointments are rescheduled without calling you, horribly rude customer service after they get your money. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I am post-op 3 months and still in horrible pain with open, smelly wounds. Go somewhere with actual post-care. Not worth the money, time, nor pain.
