I have been seeing Dr. Jay of Enhanced Wellness, for several different health issues, for quite a number of years now. Five or so years back I had 2 very large tears in my right knee. I could not walk. I needed surgery and I had insurance that would pay for it. I do not trust Drs, in general, so I went to see what Dr. Jay had to offer. She suggested for me to get a series of Stem Cell shots from non-aborted umbilical cords, which went through a lab for processing with numerous filtration steps to ensure safety and quality. Well all my pain went away then and through this day, I still have no pain. Dr. Jay is compassionate, very knowledgeable and she is always trying to get to the actual root cause of my Health issues. I will continue using her expertise. Dr. Jay’s staff are very caring and helpful being a delight to work with also.

Dr. Jay and her staff have been helping me address my healthcare needs for years. Her depth of knowledge in the alternative wellness field is what drove me to her facility. I’ve had stem cells and PRP and ozone treatments to correct degenerative changes in my spine and I could not be happier with the results! I highly recommend her services so much so, that I have also referred my friends and family.

Before starting care, I was quoted a specific price for 3000 mg IV glutathione that I need for my chronic illness, which I confirmed in advance and based my ongoing treatment plans on. I was receiving two IV therapies together here, which was discussed beforehand and had already been administered together previously. However, at a scheduled appointment, I was informed only upon arrival and after I was given the first IV, that the second IV medications was unavailable due to a supply issue. I was not notified in advance, despite having confirmed the plan. While I was told the clinic had recently lost a staff member, patient care should not suffer due to internal turnover or lack of preparation. This situation required me to return for another IV placement, despite having clearly communicated that my chronic illness already requires frequent venous access and that I was trying to preserve my veins. After additional delays and miscommunication involving their supplier and shipping carrier, the clinic eventually comped the affected treatment, and I believed this would resolve the issues. At my most recent visit, I was suddenly charged more than I had been paying for the 3 g dose of glutathione. When I raised this concern, the physician stated that the original quoted price was for 2 g, even though 3 g was clearly written on the quote I received, and then walked away without resolving whether the originally quoted price would be honored. When I later followed up in writing to request clarification, I received a dismissive and unprofessional response, stating that “if cost is your priority, I’m sure you can find an IV bar that has subpar glutathione for less money.” This implied that seeking pricing transparency meant accepting lower-quality care elsewhere, when the issue was actually their own pricing inconsistency and unwillingness to honor the original quote. Dr. Jay herself wrote the quote for the glutathione. Due to repeated communication failures, pricing inconsistency, and unprofessional handling of concerns, I have discontinued care. I’m sharing this experience so others can make an informed decision.

I feel amazing after my metheylene blue drip! I had not been in for any treatments since October 2025, and frankly, I was blown away by the newly hired staff and new IV chairs. When I rang the door, I was immediately greeted with friendly faces expecting me and treating me like a queen! I felt like their only patient. Dr. Jay popped in after my treatment to ask how I'm feeling and to keep me on track with my treatment plan. I have a high-stress job, and her help has been a god-send to help me reduce cortisol levels. Kenny, the newly hired nurse, was kind and professional. I fell asleep in the heated anti-gravity massage chair, which use light air pressure to stretch your back. It was an excellent, premium experience and I highly recommend it for anyone who has chronic stress, trouble sleeping, or just tired of not finding answers from traditional western medicine. I called on 11/14/25 to make an appointment for BHRT and was given until December, but only if i could get bloodwork as soon as possible. I was told I would have information sent, and I never did. The front desk lady was very rude, acting like I was just some inconvenience in her day. I ignored this and tried calling a few times throughout the day for a few days, but never answered me or my voice messages to receive the information I needed for the bloodwork. It is now 11/23/25 and the window I was given to get the bloodwork is done. Since you guys dont answer or call back, I can't let you know that I obviously went with another provider. So if you read this, I hope you're not expecting me for my appointment.
