I had such a wonderful experience at New Moon Med Spa for my SkinPen treatment. From the moment I walked in, everything felt clean, calm, and professional, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The staff was so knowledgeable and took the time to explain the entire process, what to expect, and how to properly care for my skin afterward. The procedure was much more comfortable than I anticipated. They made sure I was fully numbed and checked on me throughout the treatment, which I really appreciated. I felt well taken care of the whole time. Now that I’m 7 days out, I’m already seeing the most beautiful glow. My skin looks brighter, smoother, and more even, and it has that healthy, refreshed look that makeup can’t fake. My texture looks improved, and my skin just feels tighter and more radiant overall. I can’t wait to see even more results as collagen continues to build. The aftercare instructions were clear and easy to follow, and I felt supported even after I left. Shout out to Health Coach Jason, I've had multiple health coaches in the past and by far he was the most supportive and helpful. I started on the GLP-1 3 months ago, thought I knew enough so didn't bother with the recommended health coach appointment and boy was I wrong, I wasn't seeing any progress, I defiantly should have met with him before starting on the GLP-1. Super educational about how the medication works, explained it in a way I can understand instead of just clinical terms, offered so many helpful tricks and now I feel way more confident that moving forward I can do this and meet my goals. I felt heard, he never made me feel uncomfortable with how I live my life, and offered customized realistic measurements to meet so I can achieve my goals.

Vanessa was amazing! We had a consultation before my procedure where she went over everything that was going to happen. I felt very informed and ready to go! SkinPen was awesome for my acne scares. Definitely will be back soon!

I get monthly NAD+ IVs. Diana and Lisa have made it easy to keep up with my self care with their at home services. I did Daxxify for the first time, and it is working amazing. I did a chemical peel for hydration, pigmentation, and brightening. My face has never looked this amazing. Their social media accounts are very informative on events they're doing, promotions, and what they offer. Highly recommend
