Well Life ABQ

Was excited for my appointment yesterday, after reading the reviews for WL ABQ. Receptionist was polite, it was the experience in my consultation with the PA that was a total turnoff. I was trying to give the PA my health hx and was hoping for a warm, none judgemental setting. This was NOT my experience. PAs responses to me were condescending, she spoke to me like I was a child and like I was not the expert on my body. I shut down, did not have any follow up questions. Left room and went to the front to book labs, I did ask receptionist to book me with another provider going forward. I wanted to make this post so that the providers at this facility reflect on how they listen to patients and create a space that is warm and friendly. I did cancel my appointment for today. Going to try another facility who values patients

I really appreciate the care I receive here. They have a scheduling portal which makes things so much easier when I need an appointment. My PCP Jacque is knowledgeable and caring, listening and always following up with me. A+

With ever-increasing frustrations with our Health Care System, my first visit with Well-Life exceeded my expectations. The "intake" was extremely thorough, no stone unturned, and I discovered serious things other doctors either ignored or didn't see. I like the advantage of having 24/7 contact with my health providers as opposed to telling me I have to wait 2 or 3 months for an appointment. I highly recommend Well Life for your health care provider.

I’ve been on BHRT for 18 years, I’ve studied it and had many practitioners over the years. I’ve moved quite a bit so I’ve changed providers. I was happy to find Well Life but when I had my initial consult the NP Stephanie ‘bedside manner’ was very off putting. She spoke with superiority and demeaning. She said things that it appeared she was either not a fan of BHRT or she didn’t want me as a client. She never smiled, and was basically rude. I left feeling totally unseen, uncared, and dismissed. I certainly hope it was an isolated event — maybe she was having a bad day!

Affordable prices, many services offered, staff is very professional and friendly, and above all the injections I get don’t hurt one bit. I come here for my Gluthatione shots, and MIC/B12💪🙃
