Dental Wellness Center of Birmingham

My appointment was this morning, October 6, 2025, 8:00AM. From entering the reception area to leaving, the experience was very professional! Privacy appears to be very important to everyone assisting patients. I love this. Korey, Veronica, Stacey, Jennifer, and Dr. McLin are all wonderful in making me feel that I am an important patient. Thank you!

I have been wanting to change dentist offices for a while, but I am not good with changing until now. I am so glad that my coworker suggested this office to me. I was very impressed driving up to the nice-looking office, walking into a very nice and clean office with a coffee area and nice white seating to accommodate patients. The ladies at the front desk were very nice with joyful smiles and welcoming personalities. I never had a dentist talk with me about the health of my gums. I was always having to hear about other high-priced dental procedures when I would visit my last dentist office. I finally walked out of a dentist office that I felt was honest with me. I will definitely be a returning customer because, I care about alot about my smile and teeth.

You will NOT be disappointed. From scheduling my appointment as a new patient to walking out the door after my first visit, every person on the staff was a pleasure to meet and experience. The facility is top notch, very clean, very professional, and an all around great energy. Everyone on the staff is beautiful inside and out. This by far has been the best experience I’ve ever had going to a dentist appointment. They’ve been in business for 10 years and at their current location for 2 years. I love the staff and Dr. McLin. The staff is always professional and knowledgeable about any questions that I ask. My kids and I have been going to Dental Wellness since the new management.

Service 10/10 , Clean Facility Throughout the whole office building, they have Refreshments while you wait to be called to the back. They have really great customer service and work with you about payment options. I had to get two filling as I was getting numb i didn’t feel any pressure , force nor was I hurting after . She talked me through the whole process of the Procedure letting me know what was happening every step of the way.
