I had the most wonderful experience at Smile Craft!! Dr.Christopher Swicord and Dr.Peter Harb are so patient and humble . My experience started as soon as I walked in the front door. I was greeted so respectfully. Patti the office manager was able to answer all of my questions about my insurance policy and help me navigate options of financing possibilities. The assistant was extremely kind and knowledgeable, she was able to keep me calm and smiling throughout my entire time with Dr. Swicord!! Great staff, clean office, and super great Dentist's!! I have found my forever dentist!!

Dr Swicord is so compassionate. Hes fitting my whole mouth with dentures. He and his staff are very professional. I am terrified of the dentist but so far after 2 appointments Ive left his office happy. My teeth are so beautiful and those were temporaries. 2 more weeks and I will be wearing my new perfect teeth. Wait for the final update

Dr. Harb has been my dentist for more than 2 decades. He is passionate, caring, and humorous and I just love him. However, I had a very bad toothache and Dr. Harb was booked to capacity, so I was scheduled to see Dr. Chris. On my initial visit with Dr. Chris, I was a bit nervous because I was so used to Dr. Harb. However, Dr. Chris was very professional, thorough, and pleasant. He explained my issues and strategized a plan to help me overcome my issues. As someone who has been battling Stage III Ovarian cancer on and off since 2017 with numerous amounts of chemotherapy and radiation, I have neglected my teeth and it has now caused many issues. Dr. Chris did my tooth extraction today and took out part of my bridge as one of my initial steps in his treatment plan. I was nervous but he talked me through the whole process, explained every step, and constantly asked me if I were okay. His dental hygienist Whitney is a jewel. This sweet and beautiful soul made me feel like she was taking care of her mom in such a loving and caring way! They both made my experience very pleasant and calming. I just love it here! Kudos to the whole staff.. Go and see Dr. Harb, Dr. Chris, Whitney, Donna and Patti .. they all make you feel like family and they take good care of you. If I could give them 10 stars, it still would not be enough.

My one star is for the practice, not my dentist. I have been a patient of Dr. Harb for YEARS and I love him & the staff! However, I do not like the new AI feature when calling the office. Dr. Harb and his team are like family and I need actual people to converse with when I call. 10/30/2025 - update I am glad you have not used the assistant in several weeks; however, I did not engage with “Lauren” in an ad. I called and the AI assistant did answer. I would have happily explained that if you had come out to the lobby to converse with me today when I was in the office.

Dr. Harb is the best dentist on the planet! He knows what he is doing, and eliminates my dental anxiety! I despise pain and he comes through every time and produce a pain-free dental visit. I have much love for Dr. Harb!
