Incredibly self righteous staff and no respect for patient’s time. This practice changed the time of an appt I had for 5-6 months, last minute. I told them I could not accommodate their change. Their the person hygenic accused me of being late. It seems she thought 3:24pm came after 3:30pm. Has the standard for telling time changed? Additionally, this office failed to get insurance approved in the 5-6 months they had available then repeatedly called disrupting other meetings & appointments. The colloquial uttering of the person claiming to be a hygienist sounded, to me, closer to the subject of a Nancy Isenberg novel than modern English. Terrible customer service. Ignored all initial information I gave them about reasons for visit. In prior experiences with cosmetic dentists teams have been cognizant of comportment and personal presentation and aesthetic.

My hubby and I have been seeing Dr. Webb for years. The staff is always friendly and the clinic is clean. Dr. Webb is so friendly and professional. We believe her to have excellent ethics. She takes her time and explains any treatment we may require. We moved from the Birmingham area 3 years ago, but still return twice a year for our checkups. We highly recommend her.

I love, love, love Dr. Webb. I was a mess when I came in to her. I had a lot of Cosmetic dentistry that needed work and she made a plan for me and we have worked through this plan. It has been 5 years and we are finished with everything. I don’t get to see her as often now but I know she is just a phone call away. Everybody is great at this practice. The hygienist and assistants are great (no pain). I have never used Dr. Vail before but have friends that do so all doctors here are great.

Dr Webb and her entire staff are the best! My crown became loose in May 2023 while working out of town about two years after installation (it was my fault as I completely forgot eating sticky candy is not recommended) and after a local dentist in Massachusetts gave me a runaround, Dr. Webb's staff immediately scheduled a visit and quickly took care of everything in perfect order. Thanks again for over 15 years of excellent care as the entire team at Homewood Family are simply the best in Birmingham!!!

I love Dr. Julie Webb. She has been my dentist for several years and she takes great care of me. I have had a couple of major problems in the past three years and she has advised me in the best ways possible. She also makes sure every visit is painless. That’s the most important thing is always being concerned with my comfort. She’s the best!!!!!!
