I’ve been a member at Smart Skin for a couple of years now, and it’s truly the best gift I’ve given myself. The value is outstanding—not only do they offer frequent specials, but I also love the flexibility of being able to carry over services month to month. Natasha deserves a special shout out—she’s amazing! Always attentive to my skin’s needs, providing thoughtful advice and recommendations. Her years of experience really show, and I always look forward to seeing her because I know I’ll leave feeling my best. Lately, I’ve been visiting the Ross Bridge location and absolutely love the quiet, relaxing atmosphere there. Emily is wonderful—she’s friendly, helpful, and makes scheduling or adjusting appointments so easy. She goes above and beyond to make everything seamless. Dr. Irma is also incredible. I trust her expertise completely and value her guidance and recommendations. Overall, Smart Skin offers excellent services, innovative treatments, quality products, and a top-notch team. I can’t recommend them enough!

I have been going to Smart skin for several years and I have the monthly service package. I have gotten many different treatments, including RFT, derma plane, Hydrofacial, and others. Natasha is the aesthetician that I see when I go, and she is amazing! She always asks me what concerns I have and makes suggestions based on the treatments we’ve done in the past and what she thinks would be good for my skin. It is the one self-care treatment I do every month, and I am always glad that I do!

Smart Skin Med Spa is hands down the best! Every time I come in, Peyton makes me feel so comfortable and cared for, she’s seriously the sweetest and always remembers the little details that make the experience so personal. Dr. Jodilyn is amazing, she is so knowledgeable and always takes her time to explain everything, which makes me feel completely at ease and confident in my treatments. I always leave feeling refreshed, confident, and so happy with my results. I honestly look forward to every visit because the service is consistently top-notch! I’ve been a customer at Smart Skin for a few years, and every visit has been an amazing experience. The front desk staff and the owners are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful with any details that need adjusting. Natasha is my absolute favorite cosmetologist. She’s simply the best of the best! When Natasha works on your face, you feel completely relaxed and confident you’re receiving the highest quality care. I used to visit the Homewood location exclusively, but since Natasha splits her time between two Smart Skin locations, I happily follow her to Ross Bridge as well. Both locations are charming, with beautiful interior design (I often catch myself wondering where I could find some of the same decor for my own home!). On top of that, I constantly receive compliments on my skin, which speaks for itself. As we get older, maintaining healthy skin is so important, and Smart Skin makes that possible. I highly recommend Smart Skin Med Spa!

I came into smart skin today for the first time, to say that it was an amazing experience would not do justice to the relaxation journey that I entered the moment I opened the door to the spa. I was immediately greeted at the door by the most lovely front desk employee, she was nothing but a delight and made my experience so special. I ensured to get her name in order to brag online about the quality service from Gracie. She got me checked in in a timely and polite manner and showed me exactly where I could go to wash my face and get ready for my hydrofacial. As soon as I finished my esthetician was ready to bring me back. I was so relaxed during my facial, I am pretty sure I even fell asleep for a second, I have never felt so relaxed in my life. Alexis did an amazing job with my hydrofacial and I will certainly be returning. After my treatment I went back to the front where I was greeted kindly to check out as well as to look at some products I have been wanting to try, Gracie showed me the product mystro by skin better and it is exactly what I needed for my skin. I LOVE IT. The staff in the front were amazing and super knowledgable on all of the things sold here in smart skin. I felt that I was surrounded by pioneers of the skin care industry while I walked around smart skin. Anyways the vibes in smartskin were incredible and calming. If you ever go to another medspa, YOU ARE WRONG. I would take a flight to come here if I ever left Birmingham. I could see myself living in another city, but I could never see myself visiting another medspa.
