Bailey is that esthetician. I’ve had a basic facial with dermaplaning from her before and it was great, but after trying the Aqua Firme Facial, I don’t want anything else. Hands down that facial is the truth. My skin is STILL glowing and clear, and I haven’t had a single noticeable breakout since. The hydration is real with this facial my skin is still hydrated and healthy! If you see in the before photo my skin was VERY dehydrated! Not anymore! If you’re debating what to book, skip the basic and the consultation and just go straight to the Aqua Firme. I swear by it now. Bailey is incredibly knowledgeable and really takes her time. She explains every product she’s using, why she’s using it, and how it helps your skin concerns. She listens, she’s patient, and she makes you feel comfortable the entire time. If you’re in the mood to chat, she’s great for that but if you want a quiet, relaxing service, she’ll match that energy too. I’m already planning to do the Aqua Firme consistently for the next few months because I know the results will be amazing. And I can’t wait to get a chemical peel with her soon. Bailey is so talented, and I’m excited to see where her career goes. I think I’ve officially found my new facial home. Oh and the products 10/10 I’m in love with their sunscreen!

Bailey is extremely professional, kind, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and thorough regarding your Skin Care Health Routine. She went over my Prescription Medication List to ensure that I was not allergic to any of the Products—and provided excellent Application of each Product, while providing an explanation of the Benefits of each Product that was utilized. Bailey was sooooooooo good!! She did an excellent job on my facial and wax! She was very professional, detailed (like me !!) and I loved that she explained what products were being used and why. She catered specifically to my skin needs. Despite being late because of an accident on the interstate, the office did accommodate and I appreciate that so much! Staff was very friendly and inviting, and I will definitely be back soon!!

I recently had the opportunity to have my very first facial here, so I had no clue what to expect. However, I truly had the best experience. My esthetician Bailey, was extremely knowledgeable and really knew exactly what my skin needed. I left with the most glowy and radiant skin. It has been about three days since my facial and my skin is so clear and soft. I will absolutely be coming back in the future and I have already recommended this spa to family and friends.
