Total on 1st

Not even sure where to start!! We used Total on 1st for our place to get ready for my daughter's wedding on 3/18/23. They have an amazing natural lighted area with chairs for hair and make-up. Jennifer and Becca handled all the logistics including food, robes for the bride/bridesmaids, gorgeous flowers and even touched up make-up. Becca, the spa manager, even created a slideshow with a logo for the wedding with pictures of my daughter and her bridesmaids that was projected on the wall as you walk in. They have a parking deck close where your parking fee is validated, so no charge for that. We absolutely could not have had a better experience with the staff as they handled every detail..including steaming my dress when I was running around trying to handle wedding logistics for my daughter, I didn't ask them to do this, they saw the need and just did it! Just above and beyond customer service. Jennifer will work with you to be sure your day is exactly what you want it to be. Such a great way to start off what could have been a stressful day. What a great experience, costumer service on point the place is so so nice so well decorated and super clean. They offer multiple services I went for a facial (hydro facial) it was really good my face look amazing, I had a dinner that same day and my face look super red they offered a dermatological and treatment proof makeup that they took their time and it look amazing and prices are really reasonable for the services and the quality that they offer I definitely coming back, it become my new treat place.

Hannah has been doing my IPL treatments for the last couple of years. She is wonderful!

This is such a beautiful spa, I love this new downtown location- Total on 1st! Everything about it is top class with the most beautiful amenities, and such friendly office staff! I’ve been seeing Margo Maples for years, she has completely transformed my skin, she is the BEST! I love each visit with her, and she genuinely care about her patients, I do not feel like I’m just someone on a patient chart when I meet with her. This office offers all types of amenities, skin services, and skin products!
