Love dr posey and estefany they are great, and i love this spa but i just cant give 5 starts due to someone (i cant even remember her name) she always try to force me to buy me cleansers, or any face product ,when im clearly not interested, she offer this products for "free" and have them ready in a bag at check out, then when i asked about the products they said is something i requested and i need to pay for them. This is the 3r time she does that and I had to tell the lady at front i never ordered those face products. I hate when people try to force u to get products u dont need or want and try to scam you saying they are free when they are not. Will find out her name and post if I can .

Dr. Posey is the BEST @ Botox. I’m thankful I can trust him to make me feel my best. He’s always so gentle and professional. He takes time to understand what I’m wanting and listens. He’s just a nice human being as well. Highest recommendation from me.
