Every appointment is an absolute pleasure — the atmosphere is welcoming, relaxing, and always spotless. My lash artist, Nîmes, is truly a perfectionist in the best way possible. Each set she’s done for me has been amazing and perfectly complements my eyes. The retention is amazing too — my lashes last beautifully between fills, which speaks volumes about her skill and the quality of the products she uses. Beyond the incredible results, the experience itself is what keeps me coming back. She’s warm, professional, and genuinely cares about her clients. It’s clear that Bitty Beauty Studio takes pride in delivering not just great lashes, but great service. After a full year of consistent, beautiful results, I can honestly say I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my lashes. I had such an amazing experience at Bitty Beauty! The space is gorgeous, clean, and super welcoming. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable — they really took the time to explain what would work best for my lash fill and length, and even designed them perfectly to fit my eye shape. 💕 The whole process was fun and relaxing, and my lashes turned out amazing! I’ve already gotten so many compliments. Highly recommend Bitty Beauty if you want lashes that look flawless and natural, and a team that truly knows their craft!

Got my brows laminated and my lips blushed at Bitty Beauty Studio by DeNimes, and I’m honestly just wondering why nobody forced me to do this sooner. My brows went from “tired and minding their business” to “I pay my bills early,” and my lips look like I’m naturally hydrated and unbothered by anything. The whole appointment was super chill. No pain, no drama, just me leaving looking like the upgraded version of myself. Still me — just the version who has her life together (even if I absolutely do not). 10/10 recommend. Book with DeNimes before everyone else figures out how good she is.

EDIT: Hanna and Nîmes have both been extremely gracious in trying to right the situation, and have offered to give me a free full set of lashes. Also I did know from the beginning that Hanna was a new lash artist and was willing to give her a chance. I should have been honest that I wasn’t 100% satisfied. Again, they’re super sweet and will make things right for you if you are unsatisfied. Hanna and Nîmes are both lovely people— however, I unfortunately have to be honest about my experience with the Bitty Beauty Studio. I was afraid to be honest with them because I didn’t want to hurt their feelings. But the truth is, the lash extensions are not good at all. Hanna was the one performing my lash fills, and unfortunately she is extremely inexperienced. My eyes always looked different from each other, not symmetrical at all, and the extensions were not placed well on the lashes. The lengths of the lashes she used and the amount of curl seemed to be randomly placed all over. The appointments always lasted 2+ hours, and lying on their table for that long was extremely uncomfortable. Whenever she had to take extensions off of the lashes, it was painful. Whenever she needed to use tape on my eyes, it was way too sticky and got stuck, and again painful to take off. Hanna also one time came to my house to give me a spray tan, and she brought her daughter with her, which I thought was unprofessional. I understand child care is expensive, and I didn’t mind when Hanna’s daughter was in the studio while I was getting my lash fills, but to bring her to a client’s house I thought was strange. I have also learned that in the state of Alabama, it is not required to have an esthetician or cosmetology license to perform the services that this studio offers. However, it is recommended to have, and many lash techs choose to get them for the health and safety of their clients. Neither Hanna nor Nîmes are licensed estheticians, I looked up their names on the Alabama Board of Cosmetology and Barbering website. As if all of this weren’t enough, their services are extremely expensive. I just can’t justify spending $100 per lash fill for lashes I’m not happy with. I feel really bad having to leave this review, because again, they are super nice people, but I feel that it’s important for other people to know my experience.

Absolutely loved getting my lashes done with Hanna today! The results is exactly what I wanted & the vibes were great. Very relaxing & I will be returning again. 10/10 recommend!
