Love this place. Always do a great job on my facials, lashes, and eyebrows. Though, today just want a facial and eyebrows done. Yes, it is good to get a facial after eyebrows. Lower risk of skin irritation or for people with sensitive skin. No lie. I literally followed them from the Galleria mall to this location. Call it dedication. Mrs. H gets 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾. She is the best facial technician. Pros: Great atmosphere Friendly and respectful technicians Knowledgeable and professional Clean Gentle hands Variety of services such as body waxing, lashes, facials, and more. Convenient locations in Trussville and Center Point for community residents. Appointments and walk-ins accepted Cons: May have (1) on duty at times The owners travel from Hoover so you may have to wait a couple of minutes. Until, the store opens. Though, it’s worth the wait

I should have listened to the reviews. But I was pressed for time and just stopped here. I never been here before and will never go back. I don’t like my lashes or brows. My lashes lifted up once I left out the door smh Customer Service was poor as well Go across the street to Moon Day Spa

Tech threading my chin and face and left cuts on my skin. I called to inform them and they replied, "Ok.put some aloe.vera gel on.it:...no apologies or anything. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

Was just turn away for a wax and thread because she said she have a cough and don't feel good. So why is she the only person at work why are they open. Unsanitary Trussville have the best location and workers it's always something with this location and roebuck 🥴

I paid $44 for what were supposed to be mink individuals. I got them done Friday around 4 they were off the next day at 11. I don’t reccomend anybody to do business with them. The worst. And the lashes used, looked like lashes out of Z outlet. Very cheap.
