They did my nails soooo good! It was my first time coming here and they listened to what I needed and made sure everything looked good before proceeding to the next step! I couldn’t decide what color I wanted so they gave me a few more options and helped me narrow down my choices! I will be coming back to this place! Exceptional service and quality of nails!

This is by far my favorite nail salon! I got tap gel, and I love it every time. Tina does the perfect job making sure that it doesn’t look thick, but my nails are still super strong with the thin layer which is exactly what I wanted!

First time going here! Holland did a great job! My nails aren’t thick how they typically are when you get acrylics! And I love the color! My mother in law got hers done too and her are awesome too!

If I could give negative stars, I would. The only redeeming part of my visit was that my nail tech was kind. I came in specifically for their “head spa” service — which is clearly advertised on their website and even featured on a huge display in the lobby — but the staff seemed confused about what I was asking for. Eventually after my service, I was told that the person who does it was just off. I decided to get a classic pedicure, but I was charged for a deluxe without being told beforehand. I also asked for a strawberry margarita, which I was told I could have “maybe later.” After my service, while waiting for my sister to finish hers, I asked again for a drink — one for each of us — and the staff acted visibly annoyed, as if we were inconveniencing them and only brought one. Overall, the atmosphere felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Every interaction, especially with a man named Jason, seemed strained and dismissive. My nail tech was kind and did her best, so I don’t want this to reflect on her personally. My sister’s experience wasn’t much better — her tech accidentally spilled acetone everywhere, kept saying she was “messing up” her dip nails, but didn’t offer any guidance or patience. I promise we’re not difficult customers. I’m a mom of four, and I rarely take time to do something for myself. I went in hoping for a relaxing, self-care afternoon — and instead left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed and sad!

I went to this place today and the girl I was with was rude and hurt me multiply times with the drill and tearing off skin. She did my pedicure first and made me bleed, trying to fix it she put this powder stuff on my toe in which in stung since it was an open wound. After she was rubbing my feet she made a side comment about my toenails being small and seemed unprofessional. She then proceeded to whisper to the woman next to her and then looked back at me and ask if I wanted my eyebrows waxed. Thought that was EXTREMELY RUDE even if she was trying to make money. After that I went and got a manicure with dip no tip. I told her I wanted my cuticles done and she said that it was an extra $10 which is crazy because I am already spending $55 getting dip and getting charged extra. I told her I did not want my natural nails filed or cut down. She ended up filing it and when I brought it up she said I was making them even” I don’t care if they aren’t even, I let my nails naturally grow and told her to not do it in which she proceeded to anyways. Now with my manicure she jabbed my skin with the drill and made me have raw spots. She slipped multiple times and the drill rubbed my finger. After the dip on my left hand she went to the right and applied three coats in which my left side had 2. I could see through the blue on the nail and see my natural nail, in which the other hand the nails were thick. I made a comment again about my nails being too short because she began to file it down. I was beyond upset and cried after I left. I went to the desk and they said “ohhh we will fix the left side” they said it would take a couple minutes, I stayed for an extra 15 while she rushed through. I left there with my nails being so thick on the left side because she did not file it down with the drill after the second time I sat down. I’ve been getting my nails done with dip for years, and they always smooth it down after applying. So now my left fingers feel bulky while my right were drilled down flatly. I’m beyond pissed at this place and will not be coming back. It hurt my feelings that they did not intend to not give me a discount or take any money off after my toes and fingers are raw and my nails are messed up. All they could do was try to beg me to sit back down. Do not recommend
