Yi Massage

OMG !! Best foot massage I’ve ever had !! They opened early just for me!! I called the night before trying to get in before having to be to work at 9:45 and they got me in at 8 am !! Such an amazing experience!! The masseuse was thorough, did not rush and paid attention to all of my sensitive and problem areas !! Booked again with my husband (couple massages) for this weekend!! CANT WAIT 😍

I was so blessed to have found this place. I came here with intensive back pain, knee pain, leg pain(from being an amputee) and I was unable to get any sleep the night previous (and others) due to pain. After I had received my massage from Sunny, my pain was gone and I was able to walk out of there. That night I was able to get some rest and was well rejuvenated in the morning. What you all need to understand is that the massage is not going to feel pleasant, (well the 1st one) because she will be making magic happen, but I PROMISE YOU, TRUST THE PROCESS. I did go back for a couple more sessions because i have been dealing with this pain for months!!! Sunny you were a heaven send! Thank you so much for my relief! Well worth the money spent!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND 10/10

I had a work related injury and Yi Massage is doing a wonderful job getting me back to recovery. Zu Zu is the therapist I go to, and she is a real pro. She was able to focus quickly on the problems that needed addressing with the pressure that I was comfortable with. I have been to many great therapist and I would include her on that list- Great pricing also =GO ZU ZU!

They did an unbelievable job my backs always hurting or nagging better longer lasting than the chiro -I highly recommend

I am so excited to have YI Massage in Cahaba Heights! I Went today for a massage and it was fabulous. Much better than what I have paid a lot more money for at spas in the past. I found the therapist and owner to be very professional and kind! She worked every knot in my neck and shoulder out and the Biofreeze add on was the icing on the cake!
