First off, everyone I delt with during my visits was extremely kind, courteous, and professional. I cannot say enough good things about my pleasant experience with the owners and staff. I went in inquiring about the Zerona Laser treatment. I had been eating healthy and exercising for roughly a year prior to my visit. I was seeing good results but for about the last 2 months I had reached a plateau. I wasn't loosing anymore and had excess flab that didn't seem to budge. After my very thorough consultation, I decided to try a 6 visit plan of the laser treatment in attempt to try to kickstart the weight loss and waist reduction. The treatments are very easy and relaxing. You lay on a table and a staff member positions the lasers and starts the machine. After 20 min you rotate sides and do another 20 min followed by 10 min on a shake machine. I played on my phone for the extent of the session. It takes about 1 hr. per visit total. My weigh was recorded before each session and measurements taken at the first, third, and last session. At my last session I recorded a loss of 15 lbs and 7.5 inches (cumulative of 4 measured areas). I had a 3 in loss in my waistline alone. I am very happy with my results. I feel my results are reflected in the work I put in to help the treatments do their job. I maintained my good eating habits and excersised 6 days a week (Sundays were for cheat and recovery). I also followed the consultants and Zeronas recommendations to a T (no caffeine, wearing a compression garment, cardio, ect). I don't feel that you can just get the treatments, do nothing else, and see results. I feel it helped me get the results I wanted with me doing my part. If you're in the same boat I was; I highly recommend stopping by and talking with the consultants. They are very thorough, friendly, and welcoming.
