Dr. Amy, Ashley, and Hampton Lee are the sweetest people I’ve ever come across in medical care. They are so smart, kind and compassionate. The treatment itself is life changing and having it done in a comfortable office with people you trust is amazing.

The single most important thing for me during my search for any provider is for them to be an effective and efficient communicator. Dr. Amy van Elkan is exactly that. Not only is she an excellent communicator, she is a highly-skilled doctor who makes me feel comfortable and cared for at every appointment. Her empathy and bedside manner are warm and reassuring. She is quick to respond with genuine interest to my healthcare needs. She is helping me feel healthier while navigating this battle attentively applying her expertise to every aspect of my overall health. The medical staff is always professional, welcoming and helpful if I have any questions. I am extremely satisfied and excited about my health results and wish I had found Dr. van Elkan sooner!

Amazing clinic with amazing staff. Dr. Amy, Ashley, and Hampton are wonderful people that truly care for your wellbeing, which is a rare commodity for people who suffer from mental illness. I've suffered from anxiety, panic attacks, and depression for years with no help from SSRIs. I wish everyone could experience the peace and tranquility that Crestline provides. Everyone's experience is unique, however, they take care to make sure you are responding to the treatment before continuing. If you are as desperate as I was, I encourage you to give Crestline a chance.

I have the highest praise for the courteous staff and professionalism of the center. Dr. van Elkan warned me at our consult that this treatment for depression did not help everyone, but I gave it 4 tries with no lift in my depression at all, so I was advised it probably was not going to help me. Having said that, I would not discourage anyone from giving it a try. The doctor and staff are very caring above and beyond that expected of a medical office. If you are dealing with the debilitating disease of depression, you’ll never know if you don’t try any form of help out there!
