Option Care has taken very good care of me delivering specialty meds in a timely and professional manner. From the nurses, techs, and delivery drivers, they have all been kind and professional.

Josh is my nurse for my Orencia infusion. He is so intelligent and always answers my questions. He makes sure to call my doctor if a concern comes up and he actually responds when I need him to with any questions. If he doesn’t know he always finds out. I also appreciate how he is on time, friendly and acts like he cares about my well being. I also appreciate that I get a call to have my medicine sent out and I’m not expected to remember to order it bc I’m so forgetful. Optioncare has been a wonderful experience. I love they come to my home and I can watch tv and not be nervous about my infusion.

I have been with this company for 6 year now. I have seen them go out of their way time and time again to make sure I have what I need. The staff has always been extremely professional. All the nurses that have come to my house have always been professional and courteous. I have always felt taken care by Option Care from the office staff to the excellent in home nurse care. Thank you for the wonderful years of awesome service. I would definitely recommend this company.

I have the best nurse (we want to adopt her)! And the whole experience has been such a blessing to me! I was scared and anxious about my infusions but this home experience has taken some of the edge off the negative! Highly recommend!

Awful company if at all possible avoid using them. They cannot get their orders on time to save their lives. You can’t get a real person on the phone. Also seems like fraud because they won’t bill insurance and try to stick you with a huge bill. Fraud. Horrible company. I’m trying my best to never use them again.
