Update: As of today, I will not return to this office. My interactions today with Kendra and Jennifer made this decision very easy. Lack of communication, lack of respect, and overall dismissive behavior os unacceptable. I want to feel welcome, heard, and understood as a patient and unfortunately this is not the case. If they continue with this behavior, tgru will continue to lose patients. Do better, take accountability! The whole experience did a 360 from the first day. Aftercare/experience is just as important! My overall experience at Healthy Smiles was truly a step above. From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. Thank you to the entire team for such an outstanding experience, I truly appreciate it!

Love the doctor and the hygienist but we are actually going to a new doctor because of the new front desk staff. For years this dentist when you walk in has always had a welcoming feeling even to the point where they know your name. The first time I met this front desk person she was rude and talked to me In a condasending tone. Today I went in for my appointment and she was the first person there. You walk up to the desk there’s no welcoming it’s just a response saying your name. I told her my name and was hoping that would be the end of my interaction with her but it wasn’t and I realized in that moment that I don’t want to come to an office where I don’t even want to deal with the front desk person. After telling her that she was rude to me last time and if she treats people like that her first response was that she’s been doing this for 3 decades and then she apologized if she made me feel some type of way. Which further showed my point her arrogance of thinking she knew it all outshadowed how to deal with people . Something so many people lose along the way. The crazy thing is I called to tell my husband we were switching dentist and he said yeah they have a new front desk person and it doesn’t have the same feel. He didn’t even know about either situation. People pay for service and where they feel comfortable. They also told me since I came in and decided to not be seen they will charge me $50 hopefully that goes towards training to feel welcomed for their new people.

I was welcome with kindness and a very nice off manager. The whole experience from beginning to end was truly amazing. I wish I would have come to you sooner!! I was blown away by the professionalism and the fun extras as a new patient!! I won't go anywhere else!!

Great experience! All the staff were friendly and welcoming! The hygienist was sweet and skilled. Dentist took his time with me and we chatted for a while. The best part is you get prizes for being a new patient!!
