Today's Dental - Tranquility Park

I called Tranquility Park Dental thinking it was just going to be another call I just made before where they demand payment upfront regardless if you have dental insurance, is this even legal I ask myself in hindsight, nevertheless a sweet voice answered my call late in the day on a Friday if I recall, they were ever so welcoming, I just could not believe the conversation I was having with such a nice welcoming voice explaining Everything I needed to do before my appointment...Yes...My Appointment! I still couldn't believe I was Actually going to see a dentist the following week just after the busy holidays, I depleted my dental insurance the previous year so I had to wait a whole nother year to get my 2nd crown done, needless to say I suffered for a whole year not being able to chew on one side of my mouth and still healing from a radical crown implant the previous year on the complete opposite side of my mouth so yes I was soooo ready to get this done and overwith and that is Exactly what happened I couldn't believe they made the crown right there instead of me having to wait an entire month with a "temporary" crown then having to go in another appointment for permanent crown like my last dentist! I was also able to get a brace bc apparently my teeth are getting wear & tear from me grinding my teeth day & night which I wasn't even aware of until I was "made" aware then I Realized that I was in fact was grinding my teeth so yes I'm glad I finally got my 2nd crown done and so Expediently from the Nicest team of people youcouldevermeatand want to trust working on your precious teeth! Calm and respectful atmosphere. Positive comments and pointed out the healthy choices I was doing rather than the things I was not doing for my dental health. Encouraging that my dental health can get healthier and took the next steps to start the process❤️

Best dental I have been to. Dana has a gentle touch when cleaning and Dr. Bockman gives me good reports. Everyone is very pleasant and as long as I have teeth, I will keep going back!!

High quality service. I always feel welcomed and comfortable during my visits. I know my dental health is in good hands at Today's Dental at their tranquility park location.

Terrible customer service.I called to ask if they took my insurance,I sent them a picture of my insurance card,front and back with all my information on it.They said that they did.They are on the list for in network servicers.I went to the appointment,they took X-rays,we discussed what they were going to do.They showed me estimate,I told them it wasn't correct,I knew I had better coverage than that.I asked them to call the customer service number to check the coverage,they refused.They said I had to call,so I did.I was correct,They were deliberately overcharging me.When I called them back to let them know I was correct,they said they were canceling my appointment to get my teeth fixed and I would have to go somewhere else.I'm sure most people don't question the bill,they just pay what they're charged.Don't let this dentist office charge you hundreds of dollars more than you should be charged.Go to a reputable dentist office.
