Premier Dental

I recently visited Premier Dental and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly great and welcoming, creating a comfortable and friendly atmosphere from the moment I walked in. A special thanks to Mrs. Martinez-Hernandez for her exceptional guidance and recommendations in dental care. Her advice has significantly improved my dental hygiene, and I can't thank her enough for her expertise and personalized care. I highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of outstanding dental services.

If I would have REMEMBERED that I would not be able to get my teeth cleaned at my first visit, I would have thought twice about picking this dentist office in the 72nd & Mercy area since I live in Iowa (20 mile trip one way). Particularly after my first visit, when it was recommended that I return 3 more times, or 2 more times if I agreed to a 2 and 1/2+ hour marathon dental session, which is asking WAY too much of me. And these other visits do not include starting the process for an implant that has to be done at their other location which is even further away from me. Ugh. I ended up agreeing to only coming back once for the cleaning so I could focus what little dental tolerance I have on the implant. 3 stars because I still have no idea about the quality of work they do. Will update my review and/or increase stars if the teeth cleaning in a couple months meets my needs.

Helpful and Understanding staff. I hadn’t been to a dentist in over 5 years, for many reasons, fear being the biggest! I was embarrassed and afraid to make an appointment. The staff was welcoming and made me feel at ease. Shawna took time out to explain, answer my question and even re-explained the dental plan with me. I never felt like I wasn’t listened to! The entire staff reassured me through out my appointments! Thank you Premier Dental see you soon

I can’t say enough good things about this dental office! Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk in. They make you feel completely comfortable and never judge you if your teeth aren’t perfect. They just genuinely want to help. The staff talks to you like an old friend, and you can tell they really care about their patients. It’s such a refreshing experience to actually enjoy going to the dentist! Highly recommend.

I was nervous to come to the dentist after such a long streak of no visits (thanks American "Healthcare"), but everyone in the building made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The pricing wasn't astronomical either. Another big plus! I'll be back for my cleaning for sure!
