Ideal Image Omaha

First time Botox experience (55 years old). Ideal Image made this whole new and scary experience unbelievably comfortable. I saw noticeable results on my forehead area within a day. Bree was so meticulous and confident, patiently answering all my questions. I’m a science driven data person so appreciated all she shared. I had a few additional questions today and was able to speak with Bree via phone immediately after her follow-up text asking how I was doing after treatment. I am only a few days past treatment and will post more feedback soon.

Had an appointment to get laser hair removal (my 4th session). My appointment was canceled because they didn’t have anyone to complete my session. Earliest next appt was for a month later, delaying my complete date. The best they could do was put me on a priority list if someone cancels. No money off, no employee to stay later to do my service, nothing. Highly disappointed, especially with all of the money I spent.

I'm supposed to have a session every two months. It's impossible to get an appointment within that timeframe. I always have to schedule them every four months, and then they cancel the appointment on the same day. I've been going for almost two years and have only managed to have four sessions. The treatment is fully paid for, and the same situation repeats itself over and over again.

"This laser hair removal place is nice, and the staff is super friendly, making me feel really comfortable throughout the process. However, I recently heard that other places have started using a cold laser, which is supposed to be less painful, and unfortunately, they haven’t upgraded to that technology yet. While the service here is good, it would be great if they considered updating their equipment to provide a more comfortable experience. Overall, a decent place, but I hope they catch up with the newer, less painful options."

They charged a $50 no show fee when I had called and left a message I had to cancel my last appt. Didn't realize they were doing that at all and was told its policy even though I CALLED. You pay for all your appts in advance so they got my money plus more....so beware, your card is kept on file after you pay and they do what they want with it.
