Ive been going to Milan for almost a year now and have not had a back experience! The front desk staff are always so warm and welcoming, they offer water and candy while you wait. Every nurse has introduced herself, gone over the small details of the laser and making sure you understand everything. Everyone is also so so so kind, answer any questions you have and always remember my name. These ladies are truly so wonderful ❤️

The entire staff is so kind and welcoming. I did the whole body package, as I battle with PCOS and had what felt like a Chewbacca body. They have been so understanding in a vulnerable situation. I can happily say after my 4th treatment, things are going amazing and I only have to shave before my treatments. Where as before I was shaving 2x per DAY. My only regret is I wish I would've done this sooner. It's given me the confidence I've always desired to have. I am so grateful for Milan. This location has been absolute amazing. The folks at Milan Laser are positively wonderful! 🥰 Always very friendly and considerate. Their nurses are professional and respectful of their clients every session and the services and scheduling of appointments are all quick and easy. The reduction results can take time in some cases like mine but after a few consistent goes at it, hair growth becomes so much more manageable. It is totally worth it 😊 I'd highly recommend Milan Laser to anyone else out there who's tired of unwanted body hair and of their tiresome shaving routines.

I have been a customer to Milan since they first started, and their first location was off 72nd and 370. I still have a lot of hair and still have to shave weekly. At first, they blamed all my acne. I then paid a bunch of money to clear up my acne and still did not see a huge reduction. When I stated that I still wasn't seeing the reduction I was expecting, they then started blaming PCOS. I then paid a lot of money to see different doctors for them to tell me my hormone levels are fine and I do not have PCOS. I stopped going for a couple of years because I was over it. I started going back at a regularly scheduled 5 weeks and still am not seeing the reduction I had hoped for. I understand I am a hairy Hispanic but It is not working. We have changed laser types, strengths and power. It is still not the hairless they sell you when you sign up for services. With the revolving doors of nurses and receptionists you never get the same service when you go. I will stop again for summer but not completely sure I will go back after. I will probably just end up buying waxing supplies because it is just not working for me anymore. I now wonder what they are going to blame as to why it is not working like they promised when I signed up for services. They sell you a lifetime guarantee because it will take that long to get the results they promise
