Ladies, if you have dark hair and never want to shave again, this is where you need to be! They offer a lifetime service, so when your hair inevitably grows back, you can just swing by for a touch up. I’ve been going here for about a year now and my facial hair is completely gone (except for the white hairs, if you have white or blonde hair, you would need electrolysis instead). The staff is very nice and professional, and their lobbies are welcoming and give off a nice calm vibe. Can the procedure hurt? Yes, but no pain, no gain as they say. Stop buying razors and just check them out!

I’ve had a great experience at Milan Laser Hair Removal. The staff is always welcoming, and the clinic is clean and professional. Melissa, the technician who works with me, does an amazing job every time—she’s friendly, gentle, and really knows what she’s doing. I’ve already seen great results, and each visit has been smooth and comfortable.

Check-in was rapid and painless. I arrived 10 minutes early, gave their receptionist (I’m sorry, I’m terribly bad with names) my name, and she had everything handled lickety-split. After being offered an opportunity to use the restroom (I didn’t need to use it this time, but it’s usually very clean and well stocked. With supplies to remove lotions and such from the areas being treated) I was taken back to one of the treatment rooms. The appointment went as well as one could expect. In my case, I’m getting my beard and neck treated, as well as my bikini line. Due to the latter, I was supplied with a clean, button-up skirt to wear while my face was treated. After a short wait, the nurse arrived, explained some information about the treatment, answered some of my questions, handed me some stress balls, and began treatment. Getting male facial hair lasered off hurts. A lot. Be prepared for some adrenaline. Those stress balls are your friend. Good news, it’s pretty quick and only takes 2-3 minutes, give or take any breaks you might need. More good news, the bikini line is much better. After my initial misgivings, the pain never reached higher than a needle prick and we went through with the whole shebang. Turns out the level of pain is proportional to the number of follicles in an area, and my beard is very thick. After treatment was finished, I returned to the reception area, set up my next appointment and was able to go about the rest of my day as usual. Well, I looked a bit like a plucked chicken but, that was purely cosmetic and lasted just a couple of hours. Overall, the whole treatment took about 15-20 minutes from check-in to check-out and the staff were remarkably friendly and competent. I’ll definitely be returning to this location for future appointments. Side Note: In the past, my treatments were done in Omaha. However, due to recent changes in circumstances, Lincoln was more convenient. I was worried that changing locations might be painful, but it was as easy as one short phone call.

Staff is thorough and kind and, of course, amazing results! With me having PCOS the ensurance of treatment being for life is a life saver and it has made me have so much more self confidence. I love what these ladies do and this location is great. Professional, clean, and kind!
