The staff here are true professionals and I felt very comfortable before, during, and after the procedure. I had my consultation with Lynn and she explained the process and answered all my questions. I felt so comfortable after my consultation with Lynn that I cancelled the other two consultations I had scheduled. There was no pressure or sales pitch, just a true feeling of them doing whatever they could do to help on my hair restoration journey. I got the max graft package (which I highly recommend), so I have been there often for the other treatments that come with it. I get to see how they interact with each other and other patients and they treat everyone with the utmost kindness and respect. I did a lot of research before talking to any clinic and they met all the requirements for my best outcome. I'm so grateful for what they did for me and highly recommend them. I chose Athens Hair Transplants in Omaha because they offer laser light therapy and pharmaceutical options suited to my skin type, and since I keloid, I’m wary about transplants nor at a point was at point where surgery felt necessary. Before going, know the price of any treatment is $3,000 to $5,000 for most treatments—and outcomes depend heavily on individual physiology; these prices however are much better than other clinics like hairclub. Despite closely following their plan with low-level laser therapy and the topical solution for 12 months and my results have only been modest with only marginal regrowth. That said, Athens is outstanding in professionalism, accessibility, empathy, and expertise, so while I’m disappointed with the results, I’m not disappointed with the overall experience and it may work well for you.

I was a bit nervous at first, however, Lynn was excellent and thoroughly explained the process as well as answering all my questions. Did not feel pressured to make a decision and it felt like a medical process whereas other places have made it seem like a sales pitch at a car dealership. Was able to meet the operative team on Day 1 which did not happen at other hair places. Overall, Athens is very warm and inviting and they make sure that you are 100% aware of the process, cost, outcomes, and how to ensure best results down the road.
