This is an update review (previously posted one after surgeries) after several years post op from 5 surgeries. Stay away from this place. After several years I still have painful discomfort on a daily basis and have really suffered from this procedure. Not a day goes by that I don’t look in the mirror and wish I wound not have had a breast augmentation by Dr Bruneteau. I have not been the same emotionally or physically since.

I have had a great experience with Aesthetic surgical images😊. I want to shout out Dr. Richard J. Bruneteau for my recent visit and also John Edney who is no longer there for my previous surgery. I have had a few surgeries here. My first visit Feb 13, 2007 for breast argumentation with edney. I got saline implants and then I came in recently on May 21, 2025 when my left side ruptured After 18 long years for a removal replacement surgery and im very happy with my results both times. I think all the staffing are very friendly and are good at taking care of thier patients. Lindsey, Hannah, Hailey, Rita and I may be forgetting a few others but they are all Amazing and really care about all of us who choose to come and spend our money here to have these surgeries !!! I would definitely recommend this place and im already planning my next surgery a few years out or so. 🙌

(THIS WILL BE A 3 PART Review) My initial visit with Dr Bruneteau was amazing! I went in for a consultation on a mommy makeover breast lift and arm lipo…He went into detail from beginning to end explaining everything to the tea he also gave me a bit of information on his background which I appreciated ( not gonna lie i looked him up before my visit and did my own research) He made me feel very comfortable. Standing naked in front of a stranger is not ideal but his nurse and him made me feel sooo good made conversation keeping my mind off the fact that im naked lol . He also took pictures of me and showed me what i would look like on the computer. No other place i went to did this. I have scheduled my surgery for February 19th and im excited to see the kind of work Dr Bruneteau does on me. Again this will be a 3 part review and I’ll update again a week or so after surgery and my final thoughts a couple months after healing with pictures. Stay tuned!! 7days post op!!! I love my results!!! I still very much swollen but man did Dr Bruneteau did a very good job .. i look like a complete different person!!! The day of surgery I went in there and my nurse was Hannah she was so sweet gentle and patient throughout the whole process . Doctor comes marks you and talks with you before you are given your calming juice lol the anesthesiologist was super fun made you feel so comfortable i really had an amazing experience here!! I can’t wait to see my final results and would definitely recommend Dr Bruneteau and his staff 100% .. Also the healing process is not that bad at least for me the first 3 days were brutal but after that you start feeling better im on day 7 and feel good . Of course still sore and resting alot but overall feeling great.. 👍🏼 So happy i chose this place and not the newer hype places in town..

One of the worst experiences of my life… Dr. Montage said not ONE word morning of surgery… but after the serious complications and return visit was a sweet as pie. I paid cash for what I considered quality work- and now months later have to have surgery redone( this was not implants but proactive measures…). I foresee many months of legal back and forth- and I would steer anyone one away from this business…. FYI: business is closing after SIXTY years… and I’m told this has been coming for sometime. Think about that. Just close the doors- and slink away. Unbelievable…

Good experience overall! I’m 6 weeks post breast augmentation with dr biggerstaff. I’m 31 yrs old and had very little to begin with. The doctor listened to what kind of results I wanted and gave me just that. I love my results so far and everyone in the office is super nice. I did have to wait a while for a post op visit one time but he did apologize. I would recommend dr biggerstaff for a breast augmentation.
