Serenity Spa & Facials Omaha

I had a very disappointing experience at Serenity Spa yesterday. I arrived only 5 minutes late, but the staff member was very rude and rushed me to speak quickly, even though there was no one else waiting. When I checked in, they scanned my face but did not explain anything or guide me on what the results meant. During the facial, there was almost no face massage — maybe less than 5 minutes. The treatment mostly involved applying creams and using a radio-frequency device. What disappointed me the most was that basic cleaning was not done properly. Normally, a facial includes thorough cleaning, including areas like the nose, upper lip, and overall skin care. That was not done in my case. For $69, I feel like the service was not worth the price. After the session, no one even asked how my experience was. Overall, I am very unhappy with the service and the staff attitude.

From start to finish it was an amazing experience. My first facial, very relaxing and I loved it so much I have already decided I'm going back. I deserve it ❣️ So if you want to feel the love and energy that you will get pampered with , than please run don't walk to Serenity Spa & Facials

I had an amazing treatment! It was so luxurious and relaxing. I know this kind of treatment is really expensive with all the high tech equipment and quality products, I only wish I could afford their package., but still would highly recommend them. I will add that they have a really high sales pitch; but they didn’t make me feel guilty when I told them I just couldn’t do the program

The facility was very clean and my facial was SO relaxing! Ashley did amazing!! I loved that she explained everything she was doing though out my facial and also let me just relax and enjoy it!!!
