Massage Envy

Heather was delightful. I enjoyed my facial with her immensely And would recommend her services. The massage envy experience was easy, comfortable, and everyone was very friendly. The only issue for me is the markup on their skin care products are too high.

Most of the therapists are fantastic. 10/10 for Mandy, Jamie, and Theresi. Clean rooms. Availability isn't quite as flexible as I'd like, you can not get in same day (unless you see Larry- who I'm so so sorry but I don't recommend) usually takes a few days, which makes my fluctuating flares hard to schedule around-which is why I got the membership. Where they lost 3 stars though is the membership cancellation process. They won't just cancel on the phone. You have to complete a form and mail or email it in somewhere. I haven't figured out where yet, and the form is very confusing. Also, you lose all unused massages in 60 days from cancelling. Plus it requires a wet signature from you AND a franchise manager! Come join us in the land of 2026 Massage Envy- I don't even have a printer anymore. Plus, the form states you have to REQUEST cancellation- does that mean it can be denied?! And I guess if it is approved, it won't cancel until 10 days after receipt... WOW. I've been circling back to cancelling this for months without resolution, and now (if approved) I have 11 massages to use in 60 days, and transferring to another person is $20 and you can only give the same person 1 per 6 months. Giant thumbs down on the membership if you aren't 100000% positive you'll use every massage each month and be able to schedule it far in advance and don't mind the most difficult cancellation policy in 21st century history if you need to.

I normally go to Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, but I had a gift card so I decided to try this place. In the past, every time I’ve scheduled here my appointment ended up getting canceled, and unfortunately that happened again this morning. I was frustrated when I got the call, but they were able to adjust my time and get me in with someone else, Michelle. I was told to arrive 15 to 20 minutes early, which I did, but I wasn’t called back until about five minutes after my appointment time. I also asked to be called by my preferred name and was still addressed incorrectly even after correcting it, which felt dismissive and a bit rude. The massage itself was not a good experience. The therapist was extremely shaky the entire time and it made it very hard to relax. On top of that, the waiting area felt small and crowded with several people waiting, which took away from any sense of calm. I was also asked multiple times to sign up for a membership. I politely declined each time, and no thanks should be respected without being asked again. Especially considering the service was $130 for 50 minutes, which felt very overpriced for the quality of the experience. Overall, this experience was disappointing and I won’t be returning. If you’re deciding between here and Hand and Stone, I would personally recommend Hand and Stone for a cleaner, calmer environment and a more relaxing experience.

My facial with Heather was the most Relaxing professional experience I’ve ever had. Not only do I feel 10 years longer I look 10 years younger. She was super knowledgeable. Helped me with all of my skin care questions and her massage was next level. Definitely coming back.
