This place is CRAZY! They were hitting my soul out of my body. I lifted my head up to tell the man to chill out and he pushed my head back down by my neck and my back. Not only did he want us to pay, but he pointed to the tip jar and wanted us to tip! We lasted 2 out of 10 minutes and were still expected to pay. They are so aggressive!!! and they don’t care how much pain you’re in. I spoke my mind in there and his coworkers would not stop laughing. They definitely understand English. Don’t let them fool you.

I wouldn’t recommend any other business for a massage! This place is incredible. I absolutely love that you can keep your clothes on and not get lathered in fragrance-full oils/lotions that are full of chemicals and poisons for my skin AND YET STILL GET AN AMAZING MASSAGE. I am the type of person who likes it very strong; if I’m not about to cry or sweat, it wasn’t hard enough. These folks do not disappoint! If you want softer, they accommodate just fine too for those who prefer a little gentler touch. I’ve been an athlete my whole life and these folks know how to find kinks, tightness and knots. They know how your muscles function and therefore know how to work them. They don’t understand a lot of English, but enough to know what you want. I love supporting them, they work hard. This is a great example of “don’t judge a book by its cover” because although from the outside you may have your reservations, but I promise you, they are better than actual massage parlors like Massage Envy.

Horrible experience, went in to get a kink out of my neck show the massage therapist exactly where I needed to have him focus. He started focusing on the other side of my neck while he was scrolling on his phone that was sitting next to my ear on the massage table. He was taking screenshots and I could hear his phone vibrating. I lifted my head up and said what are you doing, he said oh I’m sorry and I pointed other side of my neck. He started on the other side of my neck, but continued to scroll and take photos on his phone. Will never go back. Also, something you need to realize is there’s traffic in the mall that’s noisy so it’s not really relaxing environment if that’s what you’re going for

Look the massage was good...not going to complain there. This is what happened. 1) I pointed at the $70 massage: thirty minutes for your back AND thirty minutes for your feet. 2) 15 minutes into the back massage, a man comes over and asks "15 more minute?" Pointing at a calculator stating that i'm going to have to pay $74. 3) I look at there chart, he's pointing at the 2 massages as separate charges, 4) I think whatever...I just won't tip the 20% I was going to. 5) I try communicating the $70 one but they act stupid...I know they are not. They try to use communication barrier as a way to scam you. Advise...clear, precise communication is required at this place. If they cannot communicate either with translator or in English (United States official language), they cannot continue business. They do good massages...however, if they continue faking knowing English, they will fail. And this is why...Everyone knows English around the world...the United States has more ESL programs...they can learn enough to communicate with customers. They can and have taught each other. You as customers need to insist on clear understanding before they start. I know you will customers. Anything less should be unacceptable. Thank you for reading this review. Not only does businesses win by honest feedback so that they can improve, you get the service you paid for and don't feel like a victim of 'the short end of the stick' syndrome happening in this country. This is not what we were taught. Excellence is what we were taught. Don't let go of what we know is good and true. Teach the good. Pass it along.

I have had MANY MANY massages and today I was giving the best massage I have ever had by far!! I will definitely be going back to Lee he was great got right into the trouble spots and worked out my horrible knots, I enjoy a strong deep massage and that is exactly what I got. Very pleased.
