I had a great experience during my cyst excision. Drs. Barrett and Thieman were both great! They wanted to make sure they got the job done by making the smallest scar as possible. The nurses were great too! They explained everything as we went along and did a great job going through my after-care directions. They also supplied me with all the supplies/bandages I need to dress my excision area appropriately. I would definitely recommend them for any treatments.

Everyone is always really nice there, however, I got a laser treatment and asked the nurse if it was ok if I went and got a facial a couple days later. She said oh yeah sure that’s fine. So I went and the facial completely reversed the results of the laser treatment. So I was out $250. Also, I had been using my retinol as prescribed after my treatments, but I randomly just asked this time if the retinol is ok. She didn’t know and went and asked. Turns out you’re supposed to suspend use for 2-3 days after. No one ever told me that. Both of these seem like something that should be on the after care sheet. At the very least it should be verbalized to the patient after the procedure. I’ve spent $1000+ there now, without being told how to properly take care of myself after.

I was taken in for MOHS on time and preparation ran smoothly. The lab results came back quickly. I was given current status and information as soon as it was available. The materials sent home with me were sufficient in quantity, but the non-adhering bandage was very uncomfortable as it irritated my skin.

Everything ran smoothly and on time. Staff was excellent about keeping me informed on the procedure and it's progress. Follow up care was communicated to me in detail.
