At a time when I am fighting the battle of my life it is disappointing that this provider not only seems disengaged but disinterested in fulfilling their agreement with me. I have messaged, called, had my dietitians call all without one return contact from this company. I cannot recommend them if you need an infusion company you can communicate with or count on. Update: This feigned response is indicative of this companies lack of interest in customer service. I'm still fighting with them to this day. Don't be fooled by them trying to act caring.

If you should ever need infusion services Option care is a great place to go. Nurses are friendly and well educated. They will take good care of any and all needs for infusion services. Including coming to you if your unable to leave home.

They are very organized in the initial set-up and then later deliveries. All items are included that they say will be there. Very pleasant drivers. Great experience. Thank you. Teri

My nurse Sharon is the best, an exact role model of how every nurse should be. Staff are always exceptionally friendly. I have been going here monthly for 1.5 years and never received anything but exception care!!
