Dabalyn from the front office is extremely rude , Also Dr.Viegas waited until the end of the day to call in my prescription med: when she knew I was in pain , she was extremely very rude most of my visit , and very passive aggressive and when I spoke up for myself she began to work in my mouth extremely hard knowing that I was in pain When I started to record she asked me to cut the camera . Because she knew she was being aggressive . I would not suggest this clinic only helpful person was Jada and one other girl.i even asked Vegas not too touch me again because I didn’t feel comfortable because of her attitude and she did it anyway purposely. Worst experience today 1/19/2026

From our very first visit, Monarch Dental treated my husband and me like family. We were met with professionalism, genuine care, and thoughtful consideration throughout the entire experience. My husband came in for extractions, replacements, and a deep cleaning, and Crystal Viegas, her assistant Jada, and Debbie exceeded every expectation. Communication was clear and thorough at every step. They made sure we were comfortable with each service being performed and consistently kept me informed during his procedures, reassuring me that everything was going well. Honestly, Crystal and her team should be the face of Monarch Dental. We walked in feeling skeptical and walked out feeling like part of a family. I have never had such an exceptional experience with a dental provider. Although I previously went to a different dental office, after visiting Monarch with my husband, I will be switching to Monarch myself. The experience was truly phenomenal.

I will Begin by saying my father is my pride and joy! Retired disabled Air Force vet. Served his country well with dignity and respect. He has been nothing less than the absolute best father to his family could ever ask for. With all he has given being impaired in his area of sight in his elder days there is a responsibility that I have to return such the favor. I searched to find him the best medical and dental care possible. In my search I decided to bring him to Monarch dental for dental care. Let me say it was the best decision I could have made for him! Here found a very friendly and professional staff. His dentist took pride and joy in the work that she rendered. My dad being military even recognized the precision and perfection in her work. Thanks Monarch Dental for caring for my dad as I would. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!

The front desk staff were incredibly rude to my husband. He went in for an appointment at and was told that the appointment was going to be $300. They did not have his new insurance, and did not request it at any point during the appointment making process over the phone. When he tried to give them his new insurance they were incredibly rude, audibly sighed at him several times for having to do their jobs, and then eventually told him he'd have to make another appointment. I've already had a bad experience here and stopped going, but I figured it would be fine for him. Find another dental clinic that won't be rude to you because they have to work.

I'm so pleased that God lead me to the right dentist on yesterday. Every one I came in contact with at this office were so friendly and professional at the same time. I had a lots done in one day. My doctor Crystal were the very best. She knows her stuff and treated me with the upmost care and she were sooooo professional and yet sweet. She just the best dentist ever. I love her already. She listened to me and cared for all my concerns.Usally I be super nervous but she instantly made me feel so relaxed. As I said before........ I absolutely love her approach and the work she did. I will be returning very soon.🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹..... Thanks to her entire staff. And Thanks Dr. Crystal.
