Great experience every time I go! I’ve personally seen both Dr. Mabrey and Chelsea Newey, PA. Absolutely love them both. They are both pretty aggressive on their treatment and don’t beat around the bush, which I love. You want treatments/regimen that will get the job done, and that is exactly what you will get. They both also have great bedside manner in my option, which is a huge plus!

I saw Dr. Andrea Mabry yesterday for my first ever dermatology visit. She was outstanding. Extremely thorough, reassuring and respectful. I had read many wonderful reviews about her and now I see why. Check-in staff was prompt and kind as well. Clean facility. 1000% recommend!

“I had an absolutely wonderful dermatology visit with Dr. Mohr! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. Her nurses (Melanie and Stefanie) were very busy but both were extremely helpful. The provider was exceptionally knowledgeable, patient, and kind, taking the time to explain everything clearly and thoughtfully. All of my questions were answered in detail, and I never felt rushed. I left the appointment feeling confident, reassured, and truly excited about my treatment plan. The office itself was very nice and clean, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and welcoming, which I truly appreciated. However, I came in with several concerns and overall felt a bit rushed during my visit. While prescriptions were provided, I didn’t feel like there was much conversation or explanation around my symptoms or what could be causing them. I had to repeatedly bring up the other issues I wanted addressed, and I left feeling unsure and slightly dismissed rather than reassured. I completely understand that providers are busy, and it’s unfortunate that this was my experience because I value feeling heard and supported when it comes to my health. I hope future visits can allow more time for discussion and a more thorough approach to patient concerns.

Dr Chelsea Newey is absolutely amazing and has the best advice!! I finally love my face and am comfortable with no makeup days. I’m 32 with a lifetime of acne from my youth, NOW IT IS GONE! Thank you so much to Chelsea and Pinnacle Dermatology.
