Studio 2121 Salon & Med Spa

I was going to reach out but was so upset about my hair I knew I didn’t want to go back. They also had two chances to tell me my inspo pick wasn’t achievable. I haven’t been to the salon in years and decided to treat myself, I picked their salon based on reviews, I made an appointment online and got a text, confirming my appointment and no one asked what I wanted or what kind of hair I had or for a pic. I went in excited for my appointment, and the girl said there was no way she could do that in the time allotted. Wasted my Saturday morning, went home. Rescheduled and went back, although the experience was pleasant the results weren’t anything like the picture I showed the stylist. This is what I ended up with after $400. Don’t even wanna wear my hair down. Probably won’t ever go back to another salon after this experience, and just do it myself like I’ve been doing. Beyond disappointed.

Nancy was very thorough, listened and made me feel heard. The entire team was friendly, funny and worked as a team should. Highly recommend! Update: I had my extensions placed today and what a fabulous job Nancy and Malory aka Molly did on my hair! They took time to try different things to ensure I left with what I asked for! The extensions are soft and look like my real hair! 10 Stars!

I had my very first facial today and I’m pretty sure I’m addicted. I genuinely can’t say enough good things about the experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely pampered and taken care of. Chyna explained every step, helped me understand my skin, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time, which I appreciated as a first-timer. It was hands down the most relaxing hour of my life… truly better than a massage. I walked out refreshed, glowing, and with skin as smooth as a baby’s bottom. If you’ve been on the fence about a facial or any treatment with Chyna, consider this your official sign. I will 100% be back.

Just had my first facial at Salon 2121 today with Chyna and LOVED it. It was so relaxing and comfortable. They have facial memberships available at a great price with incentives for add-on services and products. Loved every second and will be back next month! And my skin feels and looks amazing!

I was offered a facial as an add on to my hair service for a special of around $90. The facial was wonderful and highly recommend the esthetician. the price of the facial ended up actually being $130 before tip (not sure if I was charged wrong or if you only get the discount for subscribing to the membership?). Additionally the color match to my dark hair was a couple shades lighter/ warmer than my ends and the layers were a bit choppy. The water at the shampoo bowl was ice cold because apparently when more than one person is at the bowls, the hot water won’t run - so hopefully management fixes that. The damaged parts of my hair were more damaged and frizzy after the service (maybe just needed to add a conditioning treatment) Overall just wasn’t worth the $400 +
