Dr. Bauer is Awesome. His staff is great. They make you feel comfortable. They are kind and considerate. They take phone calls or call you back. So they are easy to communicate with. My experience was perfect.

Dr. Bauer has been so understanding and has explained everything during my process of reconstruction breast surgery. I was diagnosed with breast cancer 8 months ago, had a Mastectomy now I'm thankfully cancer free. I highly recommend if you're needing any reconstruction after Mastectomy surgery or any plastic surgery to go to Dr. Bauer. His staff have also been so friendly and have always made me feel welcome. Dr. B always makes me feel comfortable during doctor visits which is a big plus for me as well! I highly recommend Arkansas Plastic Surgery.

During my breast reduction consultation, I stated that I wanted to reduce to an A–B cup. In response, the surgeon asked if I was “trying to get a mastectomy.” This comment felt dismissive and inappropriate, and it was especially troubling given that I am a masculine-presenting woman who is comfortable in my identity as a woman. The remark felt like an assumption about my identity rather than a respectful discussion of my stated medical goals, and it made me feel uncomfortable and not taken seriously as a patient.

I recently had reconstructive surgery on my nose due to basal cell cancer at Arkansas Plastic Surgery, and I could not be more pleased with the care I received. Dr. David Bauer was outstanding—he took the time to explain the process and patiently answered all of my questions. His professionalism and compassion put me at ease during a difficult time. Everyone in the clinic, from the front desk to the nursing staff, was kind, respectful, and supportive. I am very grateful for the excellent care and highly recommend Dr. Bauer and the entire team at Arkansas Plastic Surgery.

Great experience during a high stress time! Office staff is extremely kind and communication is excellent. I can’t say enough about Dr. Bauer’s professionalism. He did a fabulous job on my reconstruction after mastectomy! I would recommend him to anyone. He is very open and communicates better than any doctor I’ve ever seen. I’ll be forever grateful. Also, big bonus is they are always on time for appts!!
