Copper Well Retreat

If there was an option for 100 stars, Copper Well would get them. What an incredible environment. Thoughtful, beautiful, relaxing, welcoming, all the things you would want during a spa experience. On top of the environment selling it for us, the services and staff are top notch. My boyfriend and I have reviewed massages and some lovely, and frankly far more expensive, places, and this blew them out of the water. Thank you for such a wonderful day and experience. It's tempting to come back to Little Rock just for this again!!

The environment from the time that you pull in to the parking lot and each room inside is so warm and welcoming, very conducive to relaxation. The staff was very kind and gentle. The robes, spa water and waiting area with treats were pleasantly unexpected bonuses! My husband and I had received a couples Ayurveda foot massage as a gift for Christmas and it was by far the BEST gift EVER!! Kina made us feel like we were in heaven with everything she uses to ensure you the maximum amount of comfort and relaxation and she gently soaks, rubs and soothes your soul in to a blissful journey. Wow!! We're DEFINITELY going to try and come back here again before we move, it's our loss that we didn't use this gift sooner. Definitely don't let yourself miss out and don't delay booking a treatment for yourself. Worth every penny!

When I got there, they told me I could get dressed in my robe and go to the heated pod outside where they would do the massage, or get undressed there. I reminded them it was icy and cold, but I was curious. I got there, and it was cool on the inside and well-lit, very bright. The mood was not set. I lay on the table, and all I saw above me were cobwebs, so she gave me an eye mask so I wouldn't see them. She started the massage. First, she told me she wears rubber gloves because she has eczema on her hands. I said, "Okay," still curious. So she started the massage with cold lotion, and all I could feel were the rubber gloves. So I was getting a little irritated and I asked if I could get warm oil. She said, "We don't use oil," and I was so surprised because I get massages often and the room is always dimmed and they use warm oil, especially with hot stones. The lotion made that experience horrible. It was a birthday gift, and I stopped the massage 30 minutes in, and it was for an hour.

The atmosphere was so inviting and comforting. The lady at the front who greeted me was very welcoming and kind. Keena was an absolute gem. That was the best Pedicure I've ever had. I dont plan on going anywhere else. My only suggestion is to put a rail on the front steps. I was wearing new glasses and I felt unstable going up and down. Otherwise, I look forward to visiting again and also trying your other services.
