I had an appointment today with Abbi for laser hair removal on my lip and chin area. First of all, the scheduling process was so easy. I requested an appointment on the website and within 5 minutes Abbi was connecting me to get some information and available appointment times. I went in for my appointment and was greeted by Abbi. We talked a little and she got some more information in order to make sure that I received the best possible results. I had laser hair removal on these same areas about 14 years ago, so she wanted to know about my results and if I had any issues or concerns. She went over the process with me and told me what to except during the treatment and after. She made sure I was comfortable during the treatment. I highly recommend her. She was professional and very nice.

I called A + L Aesthetics one afternoon while I was shopping at the outlets. I had tried to call at least 15 other places throughout the day, until A + L populated in my phone. I called, hopeful, and Abby answered. She was leaving for the evening, but offered to stay for me. I booked it to the car from the outlets to downtown Benton ( I didn’t want her to have time to change her mind)! 😂 Upon arrival, I was blown away by the shop. It is so incredibly, flawlessly decorated. Abby was so warm and kind. She made you feel like you had known her your whole life. She sat down and took the actual time to explain each procedure I was wanting. She took into consideration my events for the weekend, due to swelling and possible bruising. Abby truly went so far out of her way to know ME and why I wanted the services I requested. She’s not afraid to tell you the truth. Even if that causes her to loose a buck. Abby is genuinely in this to help enhance and make people feel gorgeous on the inside and out! I haven’t gone anywhere, since that day! Abby has become my friend and I’m truly grateful every other place was busy that day. Abby is the sweetest, best human being. Truly. You couldn’t be on better hands. I’m telling y’all, A+L is the only place you need to go. ❤️
