IVX Health Infusion Center

My experience since going to the Chenal center has been nothing but positive. Everyone is very friendly and professional. The facility is clean and very comfortable while I am getting my infusion. I appreciate how the staff takes extra care in tending to my needs. IVX is a great place!

I was very impressed the minute I walked in. I was greeted by the most kind and caring lady. She offered us Coffee and a little snack pack if we wanted it. I got right in for my injection. They first took my blood pressure and then gave me my injection. The facilities were very clean and top notch. I was extremely pleased

Every detail of my experience with this group was easy. I had been using a hospital for my infusions, which involved a parking lot, walking quite a ways in the weather, checking into the hospital, waiting for a station, putting in the order to their pharmacy for my drug, waiting up to an hour for it to arrive and then spending the hour for the infusion to run. In this situation, I can park just outside the door, they have my records, I go to a private suite that is blissfully quiet, and in my experience staff are just as able. Snacks are always available, savory and sweet, as well as hot and cold beverages. Even on my first visit when there were some forms to complete I was in and out in about 90 minutes, in comparison to the 3+ hours it took in the hospital setting.

The Chenal location is very clean and pleasantly decorated. The staff that I encountered were friendly and helpful. My first experience with them was great and would recommend if you are undergoing IVX therapy.

Very clean environment, friendly staff, great snacks, providing blankets if needed. I’d recommend to anyone who needs the special needs.
