I have been a patient for nearly 10 years, and have NEVER had a poor experience here. The front desk staff, the hygienists, and the dentists are very friendly and attentive. I’ve had a couple dental hygienists over the years, but they were all kind and knowledgeable. They compare your teeth to your previous visit, and keep you apprised of any changes that they see. When Dr. Pete was out, I was a patient of Dr. Holst that day. Both dentists are welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and highly-skilled. Their services, facility, and staff is ALWAYS TOP NOTCH.

Perspecitve from a new patient: professional, knowledgeable, to date with dental technology. Would recommend to anyone Sara was great. Excellent communicator and skilled. I usually experience some sensitivity/pain when my teeth are getting scrapped in certain areas, but she took her time, didn't catch any gums, and the whole experience was pain-free.

Was a client for 8 years until quite recently. Familiar front desk staff disappeared, my regular hygienist disappeared, they stopped offering mild nitrous during cleanings, and then in early November, my relationship with the practice ended abruptly when they referred me to a periodontist. The hygienist even hinted in our walk back to the exam room that they might not be able to perform the regular cleaning that day -- a weird statement that suggested they were off-loading certain patients (but not before they did a panoramic X-ray that cost $213). It wasn't an insurance issue, as I was private-pay the entire time (and the panoramic showed no issues). In my opinion, there's a strange vibe here -- a practice that's being sold and has lost focus about why they exist.

My family has gone to EPTrue Dental for a long time. We have never had a bad experience. Rhonda is my dental hygienist and is such a delight and does an outstanding job! Dr Pete is so nice and makes you feel at ease. Always explains well if there are any issues. Front desk staff are super friendly! I would highly recommend!

I’ve been going here for 15 years and always had a good experience. Dr. Olberding is great about always giving me all my options and the pros and cons of each treatment, and then letting me make the decision after I have all the facts. I never feel pushed into any procedure. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. Special call out for Rhonda who’s been working with me every 6 months for years now. She’s great! I’ve also referred several family and friends who are now customers for life as well. Couldn’t be happier with the team at E.P. True Dental.
