It's ironic his last name is Dr. Winter, because he's so darn sunny. This was my first time in the office and it was a great experience. First, the Dr. was wearing an awesome scrubs shirt with whales on it, reminiscent of Lisa Frank. You know, those glorious Lisa Frank dolphin and whale folders you collected in the third grade. Oh the good ole days. Super awesome. But, furthermore, he was extremely good about explaining everything. He went through detailed photos of my teeth, explained grinding, explained all of the new equipment he was using and seemed genuinely happy to be there. I only received preventative care today, but will need to come back to have a few cavities filled later. The wonderful lady at the front desk plugged in all of the numbers and clearly outlined how much my insurance would be covering for those services and how much I would owe, so there is no guess work involved for me when I come back. I really appreciate that, and I didn't even have to ask. The office is lovely, the people are lovely. I and my family will certainly be continuing our care here.

They were extremely polite and very caring. They got me in very quickly, and helped me deal with the issues I was having. They have great high tech equipment, that not only they use; but they also show you your high resolution pictures so you may understand also. The cleaning was a great, and she was very gentle, and the dentist has 30 + yrs experience. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for great care, with amazing customer service.

Hubby has been Dr. Winter's patient three years+ with excellent care. Today Dr. Winter explained treatment options. His staff prepared cost estimates, comparisons and gave us a printout including insurance estimated coverage and our expected costs. We couldn't be happier with their services.

I have had phenomenal care for myself and my family over the last 4 years. I have special TMJ concerns that other dentists have not understood and Dr. Winter has provided wonderful care in this area of my treatment. I can't imagine going anywhere else but to this office for myself and my children. This has been the best dental office we have ever been to.

Worse dentist office I've been to. The doctor don't stop talking long enough for you to explain your pain, he insinuates you are a drug user if you say the Tylenol 3's don't cut the pain and he is very rude. He kicks people out of his office because he won't shut up long enough for anyone to talk and tells you he is reporting to your insurance so you will lose it. I would never recommend this dentist to anyone. If anything I highly recommend NEVER going there!!
