Aspen Dental - Des Moines, IA - SE 14th St

I had seeked out a dental place a couple months ago while electing my benefits, knowing I would not visit for about 3 or 4 months. An emergency has come up and I had to go sooner than expected. Doctor V was great listening to my unusual concerns and she explained things well. The rest of the staff was very friendly and empathetic to my situation. The office manager was very helpful with contacting my ENT to work the priority ans scheduling of two surgeries I have to have. So far I am very impressed and look forward to the rest of my oral care.

Had an appointment at 3:30. Got there around 3:15. Waited until around 4 30 for them to even call my name. Took xrays and had to wait almost another hour for the dentist. The financial lady couldn't tell me anything regarding price with my insurance and seemed as if she was trying to rush me out of the door. I can see why they have so many available openings as they treat you fairly poorly. Will not be returning.

I had a great experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, Ashley and Elaine made me feel welcome and comfortable. They were both incredibly kind, professional, and patient, which really helped ease my nerves. The office seems to run smoothly, and you can tell they truly care about their patients. Highly recommend!

I've had a lot of dental work done at this office and I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. The office manager is amazing she’s super personable always takes the time to connect, and makes everything stress free. She’s always works with me on payment plans and that really helps with the cost. Her warm personality makes me very comfortable. Highly recommend this office!
